Awesome guys here!! Needed a replacement done on short notice before the weekend started. They got me in the same day since I told them it was urgent for me to have someone do it today, regardless of the price. They were up front and honest with their prices and they didn't try to change anything or upgrade me. I let them know that I wanted a drip pan underneath my new water heater as well and they made that happen too.

Their plumber Zach had a lot of knowledge. He was professional and made sure I was up to speed with everything he was going to do in the process. Besides getting me in so quickly, I liked the fact that they took away my old water heater. I didn't want to haul that thing anywhere, that's for sure.

Highly recommend them if you're looking for a speedy same day water heater installation. They definitely took care of me.

It's tough to find plumbers and any service provider and not feel like they are bending you over. We Do Water Heaters is the first time I haven't felt that way as the price was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes and Brady seemed like a real genuine guy. Super prompt responses throughout.

Scheduling was super flexible and Brady made the date and time I needed work. He also gathered all the necessary detail ahead of the appointment to ensure they brought the right size heater and accessories.

The guys that installed the water heater were prompt, respectful and efficient. They also installed a small water leak alarm in case of any future leaks as the water heater is in a location that would not make it obvious if a leak occurs. Definitely a nice touch and above and beyond expectation.

Great service from everyone on the staff! The receptionist was friendly and willing to help with my questions. The worker who came to my home was just as great. I was able to get the repair ilI needed on my water heater in less than 45 minutes. I would totally use them again!

These guys are amazing. I own a dental office and I noticed our water heater was leaking. I called We Do Water Heaters based on yelp review. They asked me to text pictures of our existing water heater and gave me the estimate over the phone. Couple hours later, they brought in brand new unit and installed it without disrupting our office. They were very efficient and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We Do Water Heaters rocks. 1) A live person answered the phone (it was around midnight). Several other companies took my number and called me 7 - 9 hours later. 2) Live person gave me an appointment time for next morning and a reasonable quote to bring and install new water heater. 3) Team called when they were on the way and showed up ON TIME. 4) Team was polite, presentable, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. 5) They gave me good safety information, answered my questions, and actually charged a bit less than the phone quote.

The staff was great and made sure to get me an appointment fast. after going on with zero hot water for 2 days straight I was thrilled to get an appointment in just a few hours later. a new water heater installed and a hot shower just 4 hours after calling. great job...bravo.

My wife and I were trying to find really knowledgable plumbers who could install a tankless water heater for us. We both knew this was going to cost a fair amount so we wanted to go with some guys we could trust. After their reviews and calling in we both liked them and their quotes. Both of the plumbers were enjoyable to have around and answered every question I asked with no hesitation. The job can take up some time so that's just a heads up if you're considering getting this type of work done. I am confident that they can do a great job for anyone else because they did amazing work for us.

Outstanding job! After not getting hot water anywhere in my house I knew I need a plumber ASAP. I loved all the good things people were saying about We Do Water Heaters so they were one of the first company I called. They scheduled me an appointment and gave me a quote over the phone. They were able to repair my water heater instead of replacing it so that was a huge relief! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their hot water that isn't working!

They delivered and installed quickly, which was great. Everyone was friendly enough, although not the most professional in my opinion. When they arrived they got to work and replaced the water heater.

If WDWH wants to improve service, here are the things I would avoid that occurred at my place:

-They left water on the floor, used my towels to mop up rusty water spills, tracked dirt all over the floor, and cleaned very little up
-As soon as I signed for payment they were gone. No receipt, no information of any kind. They simply wanted to get on to the next job I guess. I luckily got a receipt via my wife's email as they use square for payments.
-Nobody explained the warranty and service/maintenance needed, if any.
-As usual with plumbers, I paid an ridiculous amount to have the WH installed. A friend just had the same water heater installed in Ohio for $500 less. I believe this is due to the local contractors keeping the prices at a higher level, and adds no value to the customer.
