I called ""we do water heaters"" after a month or two struggling with my shower, it would have decent hot water but only after a few mins it would get lukewarm or simply not just hot enough withouth the handle being touch. Im a Caribbean girl living in Washington I need hot water. After doing this so many times and trying to google the problem, this independent girl realized she needed a professional. "" we do water heaters"" team was very professional, attentive and affordable. They send two plumbers to my rescue who fixed the problem immediately. So im finally taking hot showers again, I definitely recommend this guys to anyone with a similar problem. The only thing I lost was time by not calling them sooner.

I was in the market and on the search for the perfect company to replace my hot water heater. Mine was actually working fine but it was 10 years old and in a place that could cause water damage if it started leaking. I loved these guys right off the bat because they were willing to quote me a price over text messages. I just sent in the photo and they told me the total before coming over.

They sent Brady and wow he was just the best. He was nice and knew everything there was to know about water heaters. The installation process only took an hour and 20 minutes. I thought it was going to take a lot longer!

If you're looking for an easy and professional place for a new water heater or need these are the guys to call! I would definitely use them again for any plumbing repairs in the future. They have amazing service.

Jason can do it all! When I called in for a water heater repair and a leaking pipe under my sink he said he could do both with no trouble. He was very friendly and I never felt pressured into buying anything more than I needed. He still gave me options of things I could upgrade to or buy but when I declined he politely accepted it. Both my water heater and the pipe under my sink look great! Honest business that has a friendly staff!

So a friend of mine knew Jason and his service with water heaters. I knew I had to act in order to solve the water heater problem at a very nice house in Des Moines that my friend owned. I called the company and asked if Jason was able to come out and solve the water heater problem and I had doubts because it was a Friday afternoon. He came out the next day to my friend's place and we had hot water back by Saturday evening. Amazing, and he gave us some tips to watch out for just in case. If your need your hot water heater repaired or replaced I recommend giving these guys a call.

Found these guys online and their friendly staff and plumbers really impressed me. After explaining my story of what happened with my hot water heater and telling them how I had tried fixing it myself it was clear that I needed a new one. Great job! I would highly recommend them. They answer the phone, are open long hours, came out on a Saturday morning and were actually early. I could have done a better job clearing out their work area but they didn't complain and made it work, and quickly. Chris and Thomas were courteous, professional and fair and they use great products. Needed a water heater fast, called a few places for quotes and availability. Fast Water Heater Service said they could be out in a day or two LOL! Another company said same thing. As far as prices one company said it'd be about $1800, Fast Water Heater said prices start at $1475. Well, We Do Water Heaters was able to come out that day, they even came early, amazingly fast, like half an hour pulled old one and installed new one, and only $1450! I own a service business myself, I know that the best service and best prices makes an unbeatable combination!

So my mom calls to tell me she has no hot water at her house, naturally I must investigate. After some unsuccessful troubleshooting and multiple trips to home depot, I swallow my pride and call for backup. These guys got great reviews, so I reach out and explain my situation to them and got a service tech out the following day with the actual parts I needed.

Jason was very punctual, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Key signs of a real pro. He also taught me about maintenance I should regularly perform to keep the water heater running strong for at least a few more years than if it's left untouched. The whole process turned out to be not nearly as painful as I had anticipated, and Jason and We Do Water Heaters were to thank for that. Definitely earned all 5 stars.

All I have to say is WOW. Getting a new hot water heater installed seemed like it was going to be stressful but these guys made it super simple. Outstanding work. I have been having lots of problems with my water pressure being super low. Patrick was actually unable to make it right on time because he had gotten hit in a traffic accident on the way over. He called me twice to give me updates and sincerely apologized for being late. I thought that was a nice gesture. Life happens, I was just glad he kept me posted! He fixed my water pressure in a short amount of time and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience of showing up late. Awesome! Completely impressed, will always use them.
