I called We Do Repipes to get a quote back in March. They came over and explained everything to me and made very clear what to expect.

I also told them that I would be getting quotes from other plumbers as well. They were not pushy and patient with me.

I decided to go with We Do Repipes, and I was not disappointed. No, I was impressed with their level of professionalism and punctuality! It's been 3 months and everything is still going great!

If you're looking to repipe your house, trust me, do yourselves a favor and go with We Do Repipes!

When looking for a company to do our repipe I got at least 6 different estimates.
David Henry came in and did a walk through of our house, saw our master bath and the tile work that I REALLY did not want to have cut into and damaged, and another bathroom that another company told us they'd have to yank out the whole cabinet and counter, he absolutely assured us that wouldn't have to happen. I was so relieved! Then he sat us down and brought in actual pieces and fixtures showing us EXACTLY what they would use, he had videos, and answered all of my ridiculous questions perfectly. He left us with a full color folder explaining everything! He really put us at ease.
Most of these repipe companies contract out to other companies. Not We Do Repipes! They have their own crews for EVERYTHING. They are fully licensed and insured.
Their estimate was not the cheapest, but they were far from the most expensive! I checked all of their reviews online and was very satisfied. So we decided to go with them.
They were right on time (to the minute) for their appointments. Communication was always very easy and very clear. Their crew showed up and we're very respectful of my home and my little dog. They worked almost 12 hours that day but when they left I had a full repipe and a new tankless water heater all up and running seamlessly!
Next was the Sheetrock repair appointment and their repairman Oscar. He arrived EXACTLY at his appointment time, did a walk through and got to work. He is very detail oriented and meticulous with his work. He's a super nice guy and seems to be able to fix ANYTHING! We were so pleased with Oscar I made him lunch the second day he was here.
All in all everything that we had done came out PERFECTLY! What an awesome experience to work with a company that does absolutely everything they say they are going to do at the high quality they promise! I will definitely recommend this company EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

Wow, I was really surprised that my contact with We Do Repipes was so bad, given all the positive Yelp reviews. I had high hopes, called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Got a call from Omar before the appointment, and I told him the issues we were having. Also shared the issues with the scheduler, who said that they could help us. The issues: An older home with original pipes that need re-piping, as well as a broken drain line that runs from the house to the outgoing sewer. The broken drain line was first priority, but was hoping they could handle both issues. Omar called me last night, kept talking about the repiping. When I said that the broken drain line was my first concern, he flatly said, "We don't do partials, I told you that". When I tried to explain further what I was looking for, he was condescending and dismissive, I was shocked. I thanked him for his time and ended the call. He called me again today and offered an apology (of sorts, he included "but" in his comments, which to me negates an apology). He said that he misunderstood the issue with the drain line, thought I wanted something different, that his boss clarified for him today...and that he wanted to give me the estimate for the two pieces of work. I thanked him for his apology and said that I have contacted two other companies. He kept trying to give me the estimates, but my contact with him was very unsatisfactory, it would be hard to proceed further after such a negative contact. Omar is the face and voice of this business...it's a shame he didn't treat me with respect and listen to what I was trying to tell him...

Omar was great. He came and explained what his team does and what they do differently than everyone else. He provided me with a quote later in the evening to accommodate my work calendar. His quote was not the cheapest but the level of service I received was worth every penny. And he wasn't the most expensive either. The installation went great. Kevin and his team showed up and repiped my 1 story home in just one day. They were respectful and laid out tarps all over my home. They were pleasant to be around all day and worked their butts off all day long. The drywall and painting team after the fact was amazing. They showed up and took care of it and now my home has been repiped with Uponor Pex A and you can't even tell anyone was ever in there. Highly recommend them and I already have referred them around!

We Do Repipes did everything right - just exactly as promised. They sent out a crew that got the job done in one day. They made a few holes in the sheet rock as expected so their sheet rock repairman came right out and did a remarkable job repairing the sheet rock. Outstanding.
Lastly, the painters came and, using paint we had that matched our walls, they did a perfect job painting over the sheet rock repairs.
Communication was great and they did what they said they would do.
I highly recommend them.

They did a great job for an excellent price. Had the whole house repiped after the freeze broke our pipes in our 1950s house. The crews for repiping and for sheetrocking and painting were really skilled and knew their stuff. Also, they cut a minimal amount of holes to complete the job. Glad we hired them.

Excellent company - from the initial estimate to the repipe job, to the Sheetrock job. One of the most professional and definitely the cleanest set of teams I have had working on this house. Angel oversaw the job and when there were necessary delays he got thing back on track - even on the weekend.

Water pressure, temperature, and water quality improved instantly.

Pricing was way cheapest out of the 3 estimates I got (not sure how they pulled that off while doing a solid job). No other place was willing to include Sheetrock repair in the job. This place did and the repair and texture was a great match to existing walls. I highly Recommend We Do Repipes.

We Do Repipes just re-piped our house and very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable (I got about 5 quotes) and included a new water heater as well, and doing the re-plaster of all the holes that had to be cut (we also have a wet bar in the living room). They discovered where we had leak in our ceiling and were proactive in getting that fixed and making sure that we do not have any mold. Everyone that came to the house was very polite and answered all my questions and were very helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has to go through having their house re-piped.

Was time to replace the pipes in our 50 year old house. Got 4 quotes- these guys were in the middle and included the cost of Sheetrock repair. JR came by and looked at everything and gave the quote- explained everything in detail.
On the day- they showed up on time and got to work immediately. Everyone was friendly and the best part- they really looked like they enjoyed the job they were doing. Put thought into what they were doing and were very conscientious.
Took them 2 days and then 1 more day for the drywall. At the end- great water pressure and multiple people can take a shower at once and run the dishwasher!!!!

I admit the name of the company caused me to pause a bit before calling them. Will came out and gave me an excellent quote and his demeanor gave me great comfort. This work can be dirty and expensive but the workers did an excellent job of keeping the area clean and workmanship was excellent. Two supervisors came out to re-inspect after the work was completed. Highly recommend this company if you need plumbing or re-piping in the Houston area. The sheetrock repair guys were also excellent.
