I've been a loyal client for years until this past month. I will no longer ever call on them for service. Their name should change to Don'tCare tas this is how I feel with their non-responses. First of all I'm swealtering in this current heat wave with a failing AC system. I can understand WeCare being busy, but not at the expense of bad customer service. I initially had to wait 1 1/2 weeks to get scheduled only to find out it was tentative ,so they never came. The follow on schedule only occurred because I lambasted them for their response. When the tech arrived, he did not have the common tools to access the compressor to run diagnostics so he said I would rescheduled. Guess what? Its been a week and have not heard a peep fom them. I have since moved on. I love that we have freedom of choice, and my dollars are going to another company providing better service. Be forewarned Don'tCare. There are many others that do care to take your business away.

After setting up a diagnostic appt with them and waiting two weeks, they called me 20 min before the appt to cancel because apparently they didn't have a technician to do the job. They will never get an opportunity for my business ever again. I called NexGen HVAC and they came out the same day I called them and did a superb job. Do yourself a favor and call NexGen, or anyone other than We Care HVAC.

Recently had an AC tune up with We Care plumbing. The service technician was great! I would give Jacob 5 stars as he was thorough, knowledgeable and polite.
We Care customer service on the other hand is the reason for the 4 star review. Original schedule appointment was cancelled without them communicating to me. I called for the time frame the day before and that is when they finally decided to tell me they cancelled the appointment. Once I was able to reschedule they told me I would get a morning appointment. However that also was not the case. Overall not a terrible experience by any means and Jacob was great.

Great experience with We Care's technician, Garet from the Orange office. He is on time, polite, willing to explain things and provided very detail report. He is not pushy when explain the recommended repairs.

Went to Costco and ran into a air conditioning sales man so I decided to get a quote since my air conditioning system was out. They had one of their pushy sales men come out named Allen. He started off by looking at my system saying I need more insulation among other things. Price total was around $18,000 to replace the compressor and furnace for a 1200 square foot house.

He kept talking about permits and licensing when I told him all I want is a price and not a sales pitch. He claimed they do the job correctly but kept saying that independent inspector needs to review all work, so I doubt anyone I hire would do the job incorrectly. The cost was around $6000 more then other companies.

In late 2017, our house went through a complete renovation, I spent 3 months looking for a new HVAC unit to replace the old one, after thorough studies and interviews, I picked We Care Plumbing and Heating (they have a standing corner at Azusa Costco) to install Lennox XC25 4 ton unit, a signature series, We Care technicians had done an excellent installation service, I could not put to any better word to describe their outrageous services, we were very happy.

Since I signed up the maintenance contract with them, the technician came over to do health check of our unit annually, the service was professional, prompt and courteous, after the service completed, the technician sent me a detail report with all the key components images attached for my record. I am glad that I made the right decision in the first place. Highly recommend We Care Plumbing and Heating to anyone who have the need to do work with their HVAC.

We purchased our new Lennox whole-house central A-C and Heating system from We Care Plumbing and Heating and are very satisfied with their work.
Recently, we had them come in and do a ""tune-up / check-up"" and once again we are very satisfied with their work: showed up on time, wore a mask and ""booties"" and explained everything as they wen over and checked everything.
We are very satisfied with their work and would recommend them to anyone need a new or a repair of their central A-C system.
