They called me to remind me of the free servicing that was included when I purchased my a/c unit through Costco. I would have never taken advantage of the maintenance check-ups had they not emailed me. Everyone that has come to my home has been extremely thorough and polite. Great service.

Luis and Omar arrived early to our appointment as I pulled into my drive way. Glancing over I notice Luis and Omar have just about everything laid out just waiting for the front door to open and get to work. I see these gentlemen are prepared to put a smile on my face and give me air conditioning. After a hot day Luis and Omar ran through the entire system with me so I feel comfortable with my new unit. I made sure they had water after a long days work. A greatly appreciated day that I can say I have working air conditioning. Now I can now go to sleep with a smile.

We have just recently had our new Lennox XC 17 air condition system installed by We Care and it is working flawlessly. The installation team worked tirelessly and competed the complex installation in one day including moving the unit into the attack with new ducting. We also received the iComfort thermostat which we are very happy with because it allows us to adjust the settings using our smart phones.Finally I want to thank the entire team including our salesman Wade for a great experience.

Most importantly, they answer the phone. I called about 5 other plumbers listed on yelp in the Temecula and Murrieta area and no one answered the phone. Only one person even called back.
We care was able to get a plumber to me within the week. I didn't have an emergency, so that was just fine. The plumber was Dewey and he was nice and professional. I signed up for A/C maintenance with them because I was so impressed.

Had a great experience with We Care! Replaced a 22 year old HVAC unit with an energy efficient Lennox system. It's only the first day but I can tell the difference, Better air flow and much cooler. Love the wifi thermostat! Luis and Omar were my installers and they did a great job! Very pleased with my new system. I was always worried about my a/c, now I don't have to be. We Care will come out twice a year to check things out, what a relief! Thanks We Care!

Just checking in today. One of the hottest weeks of the year, started today. I can adjust my thermostat from my iPhone. This feature comes in handy, when we're away from home, and suddenly realize how hot it's going to be. Today, we did just that.

The compliments we get, from our visitors our amazing. They all want what we have. The best on the market. I believe in you, LENNOX ....

I called WC Plumbing because I thought they would be reasonable when I needed my new kitchen sink drain and garbage disposal hooked up. The technician did not have the parts and told me he would not be able to get them until Monday or Tuesday since his wholesale distributer was not open at 1:30 on Saturday. Why would you agree to do a job when you know you can't get parts? Why would you show up to a job site without anticipating what the job might entail?
On top of that, when I questioned the price the technician said and I quote, ""Do you want the job done or do you want the job done right?""
I also had a delivery of appliances happening at the same time. Even the delivery man said that he would have told the tech to get lost for being rude.
I would NEVER recommend this company based on the attitude of the technician and the outrageous charges that were proposed by the technician.
The next day I went to H.D. and bought the parts for $56 and installed everything in about an hour and 15 minutes.

From the moment Kevin came in the door ...he was respectful and informed and friendly.I had gotten a coupon from Amazon and he treated us like we were long time customers.Because of that we purchased a whole house fan.Can't wait!!!!!!!
