I had Trey and his partner Malik come over to do a tune up/check up for my furnace. They are both super professional and nice, they quickly found my furnace in the attic, they explain to me about everything they found out and what they think I should replace and fix. They did not push me or force me to do anything, they gave me their professional advice and I loved it. They cleaned up everything before they left and Trey emailed me all the different quotes and options I can do. I love the way they work and I love how they took their time to explain things to me and would answer all the questions I had. Thanks again Trey and Malik! You guys are awesome!

Tim Naas from WeCare came for AC system estimate and dropped my attic access panel. It broke and also damaged my drywall on its way down. Now I have ugly duct tape on the panel he put on to temporarily fix it. He promised to come back next day to replace it but now he won't answer my calls. No one from WeCare is taking responsibility for the damage. No call back as promised by the manager at WeCare, no responsibility, no integrity, no honor... what a joke. It's been a week and 4 calls with no response. Don't let them in your home!

We have done business with WeCare since March 2020 when they installed our new Lennox AC unit. We signed up for the Comfort Shield 10-year warranty plan, which was $1,200: WORTH EVERY PENNY. It includes bi-annual furnace and AC unit maintenance checks, and any parts and labor are free; we only paid a $49 fee for a three-visit service call on the most recent job that would have otherwise cost us almost $4,000.

Our AC wasn't quite cooling down the house like normal in August 2022, so we called WeCare to set up an appointment for the following week. Joseph came out and ascertained that there was a leak, so he poured leak dye into the system and refilled our coolant; that way, in the future, if it was a leak we would be able to see where it was coming from.

Of course, AC stopped working suddenly during the 104-degree heat wave in September 2022. We had no air for almost two weeks, and through the help of customer service representatives that I called consistently to check for openings and cancellations (during their busiest week of the year) on a Tuesday morning, we were able to get a technician out to service our unit by Friday morning.

Jose was professional, efficient, and took his time to diagnose the problem. It took him almost an hour to pinpoint exactly where the leak was coming from, and it turned out our evaporator coil was busted. He ordered a new one and told us it'd be in by Monday, so he could come out the next week to install it. We were bummed, but completely understood: the job can only be done when the part is in, and that was the soonest they'd be able to get it from the dealer.

I got a phone call an hour after he left from Laura in the OC office, who told us that Jose got a call and was able to pick up the parts the next morning, so our AC could be fixed the very next day, Saturday, instead of the following Wednesday. YES, PLEASE! Laura saw on my file that I had told several customer service agents my younger son had a fever the past two days, so we were really struggling to keep him comfortable when the inside of the house couldn't get below 86 degrees, even with fans and leaving the windows open at night. Somehow, she worked a miracle.

Jose arrived and got to work, completing the 6-hour job by himself with precision and dedication. I was very impressed with WeCare; their customer service was helpful and prompt, and they took into account the fact that my son was sick to squeeze us in for an emergency appointment. Best part? Only paying $49 for a gigantic repair that would normally be thousands of dollars without the Comfort Shield warranty.

All customer service agents were super helpful and kind. In the past, I had only one bad experience of no one informing me that our routine furnace maintenance appointment had been cancelled in October 2021 because one of the technicians' vans broke down while I waited at home and no one came. However, once I called customer service to ask why no one informed me my appointment was cancelled, they were very apologetic and told us we didn't have to pay our monthly warranty membership fee for six months as a courtesy.

Thank you, WeCare! We're no longer hot and grumpy!

Fraud alert
Avoid!!!
We got our air conditioner thru Costco 2 yrs ago. service was :/ ok. But the reason for my review is that if that if you have service thru "" we care plumbing"" you are being robbed of your hard earn money.
we care plumbing controls your unit thru the keypad and wifi connected to the keypad. here goes!
1: we would get alerts that our system needed service!! or critical message to call ""WCP""
2. our system would all of the sudden turn off! with a code #
3.to call We care plumbing ASAP.
4. our system shut down and you could turn on the keypad....

we called and fortunately they failed to come when we need it them.
so we called a friend's Friend.
he came told us that nothing was wrong with our system. he notice a light on the system would turn on and off. he asked if the system was connected thru wifi. he told us that if we disconnect the pad and put another thermometer our problems will stop . that it was being control by ""we care"" so they have more business.
It has been almost 2 months are system is working like a champ. it sucks for us the consumer. I do miss the nice look of my keypad!

You can trust this company that they will do the job right. I went through Costco to have them replace our old HVAC. The first time they installed the system didn't route the drainage pipe in the attic correctly. I called in and they sent the service men/women right away. Today Dino and Kyna came to address the issue. They are super cool and seem to know what they are doing. They resolved the compressor issue today and ensured me that they will take care of my leaking/drainage issue soon. I loved how Dino and Kyna communicates, their explanation was very clear.

It has no been 1 year since my initial review... we care plumbing is a huge joke. I am going to post a video of one of the rooms that is showing the damage that has been done, attempted to be fixed, failed again and removed, reinstalled and is failing again as well as damaging the other side of my original hardwood floor. Worse 20k I ever spent in my life. DO NOT USE WE CARE PLUMBING!!!

I've been a loyal client for years until this past month. I will no longer ever call on them for service. Their name should change to Don'tCare tas this is how I feel with their non-responses. First of all I'm swealtering in this current heat wave with a failing AC system. I can understand WeCare being busy, but not at the expense of bad customer service. I initially had to wait 1 1/2 weeks to get scheduled only to find out it was tentative ,so they never came. The follow on schedule only occurred because I lambasted them for their response. When the tech arrived, he did not have the common tools to access the compressor to run diagnostics so he said I would rescheduled. Guess what? Its been a week and have not heard a peep fom them. I have since moved on. I love that we have freedom of choice, and my dollars are going to another company providing better service. Be forewarned Don'tCare. There are many others that do care to take your business away.

After setting up a diagnostic appt with them and waiting two weeks, they called me 20 min before the appt to cancel because apparently they didn't have a technician to do the job. They will never get an opportunity for my business ever again. I called NexGen HVAC and they came out the same day I called them and did a superb job. Do yourself a favor and call NexGen, or anyone other than We Care HVAC.
