Used to use a local plumber when I was in restaurants and that company was too busy for me on my residential need a few months back. Also decided to leave a review because of a longer term solution We Care helped me with.... we have a battery system at the house so thought we could run off AC forever and never worry about a utility bill. Wasn't the case. Had to wrestle with peak shaving the grid or cooing the house but not both.

So back to...called out We Care for that plumbing issue and was just talking shop with the plumber, AJ. (Shout AJ)- he was super quick and showed up on time- I can't stand waiting for 4 hours for someone to show up in that last minute too.

Dude ended up telling me that his company has an electric side and maybe look into adding a whole-house fan (ceiling). Dude called it- these things work so great. It's like a cheat code in the morning before the day starts, and hell of a lot cheaper than the night rates... so now my battery just sells more solar to the grid at the peak rate time instead of cooling down my house! Win-win!

Selecting the right heating and air conditioning company is very important. My schedule heating system maintenance appointment with We Care Plumbing, Heating and Air with technician Shane Paul started and ended with excellent customer service. Technician Shane Paul Showed up with a smile on his face, which caused me to smile as well. He was friendly, efficient, and helpful with explaining every detail of the procedure that he was performing. I am grateful for his excellent customer service and I highly recommend We Care plumbing heating and air.

Don't use this company. $15,000 gets you an AC system that works fine unless it gets hot! Then fails and leaks. Company not quick to respond. Manager doesn't return calls

Their service reps are always friendly and professional. They provide a wide range of services. And they've helped a lot over the years in keeping the cost of maintenance low. We use them for AC/Heating and our plumbing. We also liked the descaler they recommended for our water tank it helps keep the build up low. We like they will clean/maintain our AC. And also appreciate their recommendation to install an air purifier which helps with allergies and keeping the air fresher.

I called because of a furnace not lighting issue. I did look at it and surmised it was a bad gas valve. Repair technician appeared next day and confirmed the bad gas valve. Prior to the work commencement, i received an estimate for $1200. That was for a $100 part and under an hour of work. I questioned the high charge, but reluctantly agreed to the work. He did discount the work a small amount. I have been a customer of theirs sine 2011 when they installed the furnace and a/c system. I did speak with the owner and relayed my concern. I have had them come out for scheduled servicing in the past, and have received, what i consider outrageous estimates for repairs. I will not have any further dealings with them. Obviously they do not believe in repeat business.

He went the extra mile to check in with management to assure that we were proceeding with the best value for the situation. I received a coupon to have my hot water heater inspected and flushed. I called We Care, they set up an appointment and a few days later, the very nice gentleman (Lee) came and inspected/flushed the hot water heater. I really liked the fact that I received a text with Lee's photo and that he was on his way to the house on the day of service. I would definitely use We Care again in the future.
