Recommended Customer Reviews

Highly recommend We Care! The crew that came to install a new AC and heating system in our home were very professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Throughout the entire process, they were very understanding and friendly, and made sure to double-check every single step of the process. Shout out to Jose L, Salvador B, Oscar J, and Hector T for their hard work and dedication to the job. We are very satisfied with the new installation and they were also mindful to follow social distancing and mask wearing to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

I never write reviews but I feel it is important this time. Maybe I can save you some money.
George from We Care came out to diagnose the furnace. He said it needed a new igniter and a new thermostat. The cost would be over $600.00. Another company fixed it for 200 and said there was nothing wrong with the thermostat. Hmmmm not saying he was dishonest but You have to wonder.
of course We Care their 78.00 service fee for trying to rip me off.

Called the company to repair a waterline tube for an elderly family member. It took a bit of work connecting the waterline in the attic down to the refrigerator. The work was good and we were pleased with the plumber and customer service.

I have lost all trust and confidence in We Care.
I have used this company several times before for plumbing and HVAC with no issues. I signed up for the annual plan of 21.95 a month and contacted them for my furnace servicing. The tech that came out serviced the furnace, but when he left the upstairs heater came on then kicked itself off. We contacted We Care to inform them of this. They informed me that it would be an additional 49.95 if they sent another tech out and it was a maintenance issue vice a maintenance servicing. They sent out the supervisor of first tech Christian. He stated it was the reset button and air filters.
He replaced the air filters I had purchased.
It worked when he was here and He wanted to charge me the 49.95. I stated you just fixed what was broken by your tech, because we had no problems prior. He called and got the additional $49.95 waived. To make a long story short.
Within an hour the system kicked off again. We had to hire a professional/knowledgeable HVAC tech to fix what We Care messed up during their routine servicing; which cost me 100.00. It has been 3 days and the furnace is working great. Contacted WeCare and spoke with Alexis who said someone would be calling me the next day, well no one called so I called again, and spoke with Brandon about being reimbursed; he stated that management would be giving me a call. No one has called yet. Since then, I have canceled my membership and would Not Recommend This Company that lacks Integrity and Expertise.

I paid $78 for three different repair estimates on why my HVAC heater that was not working. All three technicians gave me different reasons why the HVAC was bad and very costly repair estimates. At 76 yo, I defiantly feel they take advantage of senior citizens and those who live in the hills of North Redlands. We Care estimate was $2,768.00 for parts that were not needed. They missed the cracked heat exchanger box that would cause CO to leak into the home. They wanted me to sign the receipt, but after scrolling their tablet, I noticed IT WAS A CONTRACT FOR A NEW HVAC UNIT. They all wanted me to buy a new unit for $11,00.00+. Dan Seeley AC diagnosed the problem and even made the made the heater come on but showed me that the ""heater box"" was cracked and would leak Co in the home. All this for FREE. Seeley's spent several days trying to find the part, but the unit was it over 15 years old and the heater box was obsolete. We had two like units and Dan suggested we replace both because they were on the roof and need a crane to replace. The price ""two"" new HVAC's was $12,260.00! The price of two I got what the other three tried to gouge me for one. Dan replace the electrical boxes and rebuilt the frame. DO NOT USE WE CARE!

Just as an edit I'm not sure why the person who responds is trying so hard to change peoples minds who aren't happy and decided to go elsewhere for their services. Smells like desperation.

Had a great experience w We Care. I went through Costco and got a quote as they partnered together. I didn't know much about HVAC systems but Broc showed up and was extremely patient in teaching me and gave the various options. I told him I wasn't trying to decide quickly as I looked for the best prices and he was very understanding. We Care ended up being the best choice for us and we replaced our entire HVAC system.
The new system works great and our family is very happy with it. Broc's help was the best customer service I've received in a very long time!

Although we went through a nightmarish last 2 months due to a bad water heater that was still under warranty, Dewey went above and beyond in trying to get this issue resolved with the water heater manufacturer. He was super helpful and was finally able to get it fixed. We Care definitely has our business from now on!

I'm very pleased with the service I received from We Care. It's a stressful experience to discover water all over from a faulty water heater. I found We Care online and they were able to schedule a same day appointment. James first came out for the initial consultation and assessment. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He then sent out Juan, a very personable, knowledgeable young man. Juan was very efficient with his work. He consulted with me regarding water pressure and showed me the safety features of the water heater. I am very pleased with Juan's work. I highly recommend We Care.

This is a review for a purchase for a new system.
I combed through the internet for as much information as I could find on ratings, certifications, reviews, estimated cost, maintenance, warranties, and complaints about the various manufacturers as well as their network of recommended installers. After an exhaustive search, it dawned on me as a Costco member, that Costco had already done the same leg work in this process for their own home installation services department. Fortunately for me, our local Costco was using one of the contractors that came up on our list, We Care. Although we elected to go directly into Costco to set up the consultation appointment, which you can do online, we found the appointment would still be set with the same contractor for your area regardless of how you set it up.
The appointment was arranged through a representative at my local Costco, Mandy, who was able to schedule us an appointment the following day. The following day Broc arrived exactly as indicated and before entering our home, utilized a face mask and protective shoe coverings, for the entirety of our appointment. Now you're going to want to give yourself more than an hour for this appointment, as this is not just a straight conversation on a model and a price for it. There are a few things to consider and that's something you'll spend the first hour discovering. Let's not forget, can you really afford not to spend a little more time on something that's going to be with you for the next decade?
He walked us through the different types of systems and essentially tried to surmise what our specific criteria were through our consultation. His attentiveness for our concerns gave us a genuine correlation on helping us solve our problems. He then took a tour of our attic space and the existing heater in order to determine the scope of the project. He provided us with a set of options that met our guidelines and without any pressure allowed us to come to our own conclusion. After running the numbers on a few combinations, we eventually selected a system that we believe would fit our needs; which one learns during the first part of the consultation where you'll formulate those ideas. I will say we used one of the many finance options available through We Care. If you're curious they have them listed on their website, and by the time you read this may differ so there's no point in going into them.
The entire contract process was done through a series of emails, using DocuSign, as Covid-19 has turned the interaction between everyone virtual. As the customer, you're not required to have a DocuSign account, nor do you need to pay for one as the recipient.
In the end, our full contract would include the removal of asbestos insulation abatement, the installation of the new duct, the components and electrical wiring, the itemized model of each component of the system, the permits, taxes, and all the other essential elements I've missed to make it run.
The abatement process was quicker than I suspected. It involved covering every register vent in blue tape, as to prevent any harmful particles from entering the living spaces, and did not require you leave your home. Then after some protective plastic covering in areas of potential exposure, the team from Superior Environmental went about their work and finished in a few hours, leaving all the registers sealed, allowing any residual asbestos fibers time to settle for a day.
The following day the two teams from We Care showed up in two box cars and a van. I met Brad, Alfredo, Miguel, and Alex. After an initial assessment of the layout of the house, they proceeded to roll out the drop cloths to protect the walkways inside the home. They unloaded the components, and began to safely remove the old heater; plan for them to take the whole day to complete the project. I believe our project was completed somewhere after the eighth or ninth hour. When the installation was completed, they proceeded to clean up the mess and pick up any debris left behind.
A real testament to our Lennox system is how quickly we acclimated to it and hadn't realized how much more comfortable we were with it.
I think the team at We Care are just as their name states.
Also, don't forget to update your home owners insurance, if it applies.
The final part of the whole process is with the finance company. I'll see how this goes over the remainder of the contract and if I encounter something that needs to be reported to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. If so, I'll revisit this review with an update.
Nonetheless, always read the contract it's worth the time financially and emotionally. As for WeCare, I'll be adding them to my annual services.
A shout out to Tyler and Omar on some great follow up!
