My heater wasn't working and Juan came right out and diagnosed the problem and had it up and running within a half an hour. Very friendly

The We Care Team was very respectful of my home. They were good at communication, and showed up on time. They also did an excellent job on the install. I do have two minor concerns preventing me from giving them five stars.
1. The attic access was damaged during the install. It was repaired but not painted. I have the matching paint. I made three phone calls regarding this and my calls were not returned.
2. During the install I was told that it probably wouldn't pass inspection without a pan under the coils and the on/off switch. I was only replacing the furnace. I was charged over $1000 to install these items. When the city inspector came out, I was told those items would not be inspected as they weren't the items being permitted.
If these two items were fixed, I would give We Care 5 stars.

I posted a negative review a couple months back. (Something I rarely do, by the way). Someone from the company responded to my review & stated someone from management would contact me. Of course, it never happened which is no surprise. What a Shame. They used to be a good company & I recommended them many times. No more! Classic example of expanding a business & customer service goes down the drain! Communication is the key to good business. A simple phone call from someone in management (as promised, I might add!) to show they do care about their loyal customers could have resolved the issue quickly.

Please cancel the Contract for my home in Murrieta, CA 92562, and stop all future payments to We Care Plumbing and Heating upon receipt of my cancellation request. I spoke with Heidi and she requested written confirmation to cancel the contract. Please let this email serve as my request to stop my contract & auto-pay immediately.
For details on the reasons for my cancellation please see the two YELP reviews I left with photo documentation. Please note my system is still marked up with writing all over it. Please note another contractor out of Lake Elsinore, as well as the Gas Company have confirmed there is no safety issue here and my system is still fully operational.
I did not appreciate being left in the cold with NO HEAT for several days until I could get confirmation on the safety of my equipment. I know employees are encouraged to sell, sell, sell when they arrive because I have had that happen repeatedly through the years. You may have a note on my customer profile from a long way back that I called into the office (after a hardcore sales pitch on a water filtration system) to request that the We Care service representatives do their job and skip the sales pitch at my house.
I noticed on my YELP review a note was left by We Care that someone would be contacting me .... that has not happened. I called my cancellation request today, March 8th -- No one from We Care has contacted me about the disgusting way my equipment was written all over, for falsely stating that my system was unsafe and in need of replacement, or why an elderly client was left in a house that was averaging about 55 degrees inside ... that was so nice of them to turn the heat off on one of the coldest weeks of the year.
We Care, doesn't live up to its name as I feel like they don't care. As long as their service representatives are delivering sales contracts from their service calls that's what the management is really valuing, not their customers.

Came to my home about 20 days ago and inspected my heating system, it was so nice to meet with Kayna so
Much information about the system and so helpful.
Recommended several options as system was purchased about 15 years ago for my rental , purchased with another company , I will-be reviewing the recommendations in the near future.

And no leaks were found. Unit is running good.

I joined the We Care Team in 2017 after my husband passed. We Care has been maintaining my plumbing and HVAC systems ever since. All the techs are polite, professional,, knowledgeable and helpful! If you need help in these areas, I highly recommend calling We Care. I have comfort knowing I am able to get regular maintenance for these systems in my home!

New Home owner....I called a huge corporate company after a jet engine noise was coming out of brand new HVAC. I complained mutiple times and the company insisted it was due to high HEPA air filter. They said it was a bad induction motor which sucks out the carbon monoxide. They billed me for a motor and put me on a 15 day wait list in the middle of winter....Im older and the temp was dipping down to freezing...after having a freezing night i called for second opinion.
I called ""We Care"" and they actually do LOL. Jacob my tech immediately caught a gap in the ducting....and tested gas pressure. The Gas pressure was WAY OVERCRANKED beyond industry spec. He also caught some saftety switch....the noise immediatly stopped. I signed up for their maitence plan which was $15 cheaper a month. Thank you Jacob and Thank You We Care.

The other day we had to call we care, plumbing, heating and air to come out to service our heating because it was not heating both upstairs and downstairs properly. Juan Zamarripa was able to help us. He knew exactly what he was doing. He told us the steps he was taking to help us not run into issue.
He was checking to make sure the system was running correctly. He did a wonderful job. We appreciated having him here. Thanks so much One for coming and helping us out. You helped us when we need to do. Thank you so much WE CARE AND JUAN YOU DID AN AMAZING JOB!!! Take care Tamara Ziuraitis

We had them install a new whole house shut off pressure regulator valve. The installed the wrong for the connection. The threading was wrong and when you turn the valve off it would disconnect spraying water everywhere. I called the office and they would not come out to fix it without charging me again. I asked for the manager and was told they would call me back. No one ever called me back. I called another plumber who confirmed they installed the wrong valve. *** They Don't Care. Very poor quality.

New review for technician Johnathan Buckles on February 4, 2023. He came out to address a water leak reported from the unit below mine. He was on time, courteous, friendly and professional. He found no evidence of a large leak as described by the tenant in the unit below mine but did correct a possible slow leak due to a part not being tightened enough around the tubs faucet in the bathroom above where the leak was reported. He checked both of the bathrooms for my unit to make sure everything was as it should be before he left. I was very satisfied with his work.
