The tech did a great job. My gripe is that after several calls to We Care to speak to the manager about the cost and why I am paying a monthly maintenance fee of $14.75, I do not get a reduced cost for the repair. The HVAC unit, a Lennox was over $23,000 and was under 3 years old. Really? Would I recommend Lennox? No. And since I never was able to speak to a manager or decision maker at We Care, would I recommend them? Double NO.

Worse experience we have ever encounter, they were supposed to install central A/C and Heat, the installer shows up with no knowledge of what to do, to make matters worse he then says it won't work not enough space in the attic and he said this multiple times. He was very negative, if we would've known this from the beginning we would've never wasted our time and effort. They are incompetent, unpleasant, unprofessional, and speak vulvar language when in the premises. Very dissatisfied with this company, which is unpleasant because we had them for 10 years prior to this new home.

This is continuation of the problems with We Care. (?????). They seem to never end. Sometimes it takes a few years to see how badly the install was and the contractors response or lack of and absolute lack of concern and total absence of any ethics whatsoever. Previously wrote a complaint regarding solar install and their lack of providing a communication device and several expensive problems with ac system. Was told by customer service that they were working on it, was told they don't make them anymore. Was told to deal with the manufacturer myself. Was told I needed a new inverter. Then I was told that the manager working on it doesn't work there anymore. So I now had to start over with a new manager. They played dumb which was just another delay tactic. After getting several years of runarounds my inverter broke. Installer said there was no communications device and got one out of his truck and installed it. Absolute total lies for over two years just to save a couple hundred bucks. Called this week because they never paid for the warranty that was in the contract and found out that the manager that ""no longer works there"" still works there. We Care (????) please read all the negative reviews--8 pages of 1 star reviews. It seems everyone has horror stories. Please don't be the next victim to have to add your 1 star review.

I had We Care's 40 point inspection and could not believe the quality of their service. They truly care and have an amazing staff of trained technicians. I love the personal touch of their service. They truly live up to their name ""WE CARE""

If I could put 0 stars I would. I normally never leave reviews but this case is different. My dad is a stroke patient and has his hospital room set up in our living room. It is very important that the AC is in good working condition for him especially in this southern California heat. We Care has came out to my moms property to ""fix"" her AC, which was installed by them less than 3 years ago, and have changed out parts multiple times and still have not seemed to fix the issue. Technician Eric Lopez was very rude and refused to go up into attic to address the loud noise coming from main unit. On his 5th visit out to my moms property he finally told my mom that if we didn't like the service being provided we should find another company, which is what we did and turns out everything this tech did needs to be redone because it was done incorrectly. Aside from the rude tech the scheduling is also bad. Every time we called to schedule an appointment we were told we would be first or give us a time frame and it would never be accurate. My mom has had to cancel appointments and has waited all day only for them to never show up and not even have the courtesy to call and let us know they wouldn't be showing up. I would have to call and ask and then I would get some kind of excuse. One time it was that the tech called in and another time dispatch forgot to relay the message to the tech. It has just been a horrible experience all around.
We have spent over $2,000 on shotty work and still have a broken AC. I financed this unit through Home Depot and they sent out WeCare to do the install which is why we called them to do repairs and tune ups and turns out Home Depot no longer works with them. I can see why. You better believe I will be reaching out to Consumer Affairs and file a complaint to try and recoup some of the money that we have spent for unnecessary work. We had a different company come out and give us a diagnosis on what they think is wrong with the AC and we were told that some of the repairs that were done were not necessary and it seems like there is an electrical issue in the main unit upstairs (where the tech refused to go up to because according to him that had nothing to do with the loud noise the outside unit was making on the outside) which could have been caused upon installation of unit. I'm just very unpleased with the service my parents have received up to this point. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our 20 year old AC broke down and I received several estimates. I also contacted Costco and this is how I found our about We Care. Although, it was my highest estimate, I opted for this company which gave me 100 % satisfaction in their entire customer service. I'm very pleased with my Lennox AC and all ductwork that was replaced. I put away all fans and now sleeping and enjoying my new AC as well as my home. The whole staff was very professional and best of all the 10 year warranty and all the other perks. I'm looking forward in using my Costco GC and receiving my Pearl Certification raising the value in my home.

Not competitive in pricing at all. Not transparent about where the high costs come from. Quoted us jaw dropping figure for a straightforward 4 way split+ install. No model numbers or BTU units or anything. Literally giving them the free reign to install what the heck they pleased. When I asked for him to break it down for me in parts and labor (at least model numbers of what they intend to install), the salesman stalled for several days until I told him not to bother.
Be prepared for the salesman to ask you questions like what's the most important thing to you? Quality? Price? Financing? (Like you actually have to choose.)
I wholly believe that because I was going to pay outright the salesman overquoted us by over $8,000, and in the same visit have the audacity to attempt to rush us by saying that the price will go up by 8% in 2 weeks if we don't act fast!
I'm an honest and straightforward person businessman. This is not the kind of relation that I find acceptable.
All from a Costco referred company too. Hm.

We got 4 different quotes and no one came close! Broc was our advisor and he did such a great job! He listened to all our concerns, explained the difference between the units and options, unlike the other companies who were in and out within minutes. With his expertise we were able to confidently pick the perfect AC that fit in our monthly budget. It turns out they really do care! We are so happy with our new system. Thank you again We Care!

Can't say enough great things about this company. They do truly care and are there every step of the way while doing what's right for the customer. I had an issue with my, admittedly, very old AC unit, and they were able to fully diagnose and fix the unit for me! I never once felt pressured into anything. My home is back to feeling comfortable and cool!!!!
