Carbo went above and beyond. And beyond again. I had asked for an old tub fixture to be modified. It was an impossible job. Carbo sourced a replacement part and came back twice because the manufacturer really hadn't constructed it correctly. Caro went through a lot of effort to help me and kept me fully informed all along the way. There was no additional cost to me for the return visits. I will never again use another plumber. Absolute rockstar client service.

Carbo was great. Efficient and a good communicator. We had a handful of plumbing issues that Carbo knocked out in a day of work. We had an annoying water hammer, some flow issues, some noisy pipes, and our garbage disposal was stinky. They listened carefully to our concerns and walked the whole house with us to understand the issues. They were upfront about what the work would look like and how much it would cost. They did a great job fixing it all. Our water heater is on it's last leg and when it finally dies we'll definitely be using Carbo's services again! I would use them for any plumbing project big or small.

Submitting another review for We Can Do It Plumbing and Carbo because I've used their services for THREE more jobs since my first review about a month ago. Two of these jobs were planned (installing a washer-dryer unit in our in-law unit and snaking our bathroom sink) and one was unplanned (found a significant leak in one of our sewer pipes) and had to get it fixed ASAP.

With this review I'll talk mostly about the third, unplanned job. Carbo was able to come out, diagnose the problem, and fix the issue all in a very timely manner. (I'm glad I had already worked with Carbo and knew who to call when we discovered the issue). We ended up having to replace a decent amount of that sewer pipe (going from below our main bathroom toilet, into our crawlspace, and back out the side of our house) with new ABS pipe. I was particularly impressed with how Carbo was able to maneuver and get the job done because most of the area in question was in our crawlspace and other hard-to-reach areas. I always thought our crawlspace was gnarly but Carbo informed me they've seen much worse. Throughout, Carbo was very communicative about the whole process and also very non-intrusive on our house as we went on with our day. Our dog has become very good friends with Carbo! Carbo even followed up to make sure the job was stable and that there were no additional issues.

Everything about We Can Do It Plumbing from my first review still stands so please refer to that one for my additional thoughts. Quality work at very reasonable prices. I am glad my wife and I have found our go-to-plumber in Oakland!

Carbo was awesome. Based on my description of what was happening, they estimated it would be a half-day project, tearing some holes and replacing burst pipes. But when they arrived, they ran a couple of diagnostics that showed the real cause was a 15 minute fix! Their honesty and depth of knowledge saved me literally hundreds of dollars. I was so impressed by their work that I had them come back a few days later to work on two other nagging problems.
