Richard was amazing! I called him to install a new hot water heater and he showed up within an hour and had the job done extremely fast! Extremely helpful and knowledgable. Also lowes made me buy this kit to help install it and he didn't use it so I was able to return it and save $50! Will definitely be my go to for all things plumbing related.

I had WDT replace my hot water tank after it burst. They were absolutely amazing! I had a home warranty and they were the plumbers assigned, but I could not have asked fora better company. Richard was the plumber who helped me and he was very kind, helpful, communicative and punctual. It was a great experience, I'd highly recommend them to family and friends!

Richard with WDT was sent out by our Home Warranty company, American Home Shield on 10/28/23, to fix a pipe leak under the kitchen sink. He came out, tried to remove the old leaking pipe and realized they didn't have the right tools to do the job. Even though we sent him pics and videos of the project and what to expect upon arrival. They left and haven't returned for over a week after damaging the pipe further & causing it to leak even more. Richard told me by text that he didn't try to remove the pipe or damage it any more than it already was. He said he only inspected the leak. But suggested I should get a roll of Flex Seal and hopefully that will help. it did not help. We have cameras in the house that show him wrenching on the pipe unsuccessfully for quite some time. But was unable to remove it. He was informed that our interior cameras show him trying to remove the pipe. He then changed his story and admitted to wrenching on the pipe and couldn't get it out. He then pushed us out for over a week saying he had a busy schedule and asked for our patience to return to complete the project on Saturday. We weren't happy to know we were not a priority with a now bigger leak under the kitchen sink that we now cannot use at all for over a week. He scheduled for Saturday morning at 9am. At 7:45am he text and said his work van had ""died and he needed a tow truck."" He said he didn't know when or if he could return to do our repair. Richard mentioned he has a lot of Water Heater replacements that he needs to get done and doesn't know when he'll be able to return. He seems like a guy who will accept a job, start a job, cause damage in someone's home, leave and then never return. I am thankful Richard with WDT Plumbing & Heating LLC is a licensed, bonded & insured contractor with the State of Arizona. I will be reaching out to the Registrar of Contractors to file a formal complaint with the States Licensing Board. Beware of WDT Plumbing, unless you need a simple water heater replacement. I need to also find Gary Harpers phone number.

I highly recommend Richard with WDT Plumbing. I bought a hybrid water heater from a big box store (rhymes with Shmome People :) and was looking for a plumber to install it. I was stunned to get 5-6 quotes for $1800 and higher for this ~ 3 hr job! However, I saw a few recommendations for Richard on the Ahwatukee Facebook group, so decided to give him a call. He was responsive, polite, and professional, and did a great job on the installation. To protect him (I don't want to lock him in to the price he gave me for other jobs, etc.), I won't tell you exactly what I paid, but I thought it was fair and reasonable, and it was well below EVERY other quote I received. I will use WDT Plumbing for my future needs and strongly encourage you to give him a call.

I'm not normally prone to giving reviews, but I'm making an exception for WDT Plumbing. I was having trouble finding a reliable person to install my new toilet, and Richard's website caught my eye. It turned out to be my good fortune. This is a guy who is putting together his own business after years of experience in the field. He is a highly motivated plumber as demonstrated by the fact that he came out THAT NIGHT and did the install. He is honest, friendly, hard-working, courteous, and really knows his stuff! I highly recommend using his services for any of your plumbing needs.
