Been working with the guys for years. Would not recommend any other plumber for any plumbing needs in all of kings county! Don't go with the other guys! They won't even pick up your phone and if they do they will quote you double what or triple if you let them just to try to make a buck. WCC FTW!

I contacted Will for a washer draining issue. He responded within an hour, scheduled me for an appt within 48 hours, arrived on time, did a great job, gave me advice on the status of my 70 yr old pipes, reasonable and when asked about another plumbing job that he was upfront as to not in his wheel house, but he had a suggestion as to who to contact. I was GREATLY APPRECIATIVE. I hope not to HAVE to need him again, but he will be who I call! Thank you much!

I hired Will to clean out a sewer line at an apartment this week. Got the job done. Charged $525.00. The following day, the apartment across the hallway became plugged. Called Will and he said cost would be the same, $525.00. I called another licensed plumber in town and he did the same clean-out and toilet reset for $180.00, 3 times cheaper. FYI.

I want to say I've used WCC for more than one job around the house. Prior to this, they've been professional, reliable, and efficient. The first time they replaced a sink faucet, and then on the second time they installed a new shower/plumbing.

However this time we got a quote for them to replace our main water line and to install a water softener. I didn't know I would have so many problems. They quoted us a price and then later said they needed an additional $700 for installation of water softener. Then they said our water softener we got they could not install due to liability. Fine they won't install it so why should we suddenly pay 700 that they suddenly taxed on.
Before we paid them I asked they put back our drip system they tore out when they put the new piping in. They gave such attitude that they don't normally do this. Seriously, it's like a completely different company.
Even after we paid them there is dirt clogged in our water pipes. Now I got no water in one bathroom that we need to fix. And our grass is now dead due to them putting dirt ans cardboard on top of the sprinklers. They also broke one of our pavement walk way light and didn't say anything.

So in the end, they were good for previous jobs but I don't know if there is been some changes in their company, family life, covid.

I don't think i would ever use wcc again. I've never been this disappointed before in a company we previously had good experiences with.

Our garbage disposal was leaking and we were in fear that it will flood our kitchen. We wanted plumbing to be done right so we contacted WCC through yelp and Will's responses were fast! He was able to squeeze us in and replaced our garbage disposal within 30 mins. Also a very reasonable price. Thanks WCC!

Had an issue with a toilet leaking and company coming to visit later that day. WCC was able to repair the issue quickly the same day!

We had issues with the sink drain pipes leaking , and that led to not being able to use the dishwasher. Will responded to my message through Yelp within 20 minutes and it was late in the day . I was impressed he continued to respond even though it was after what would be regular business hours. We set up an appointment early the next day and he was out on time to give us an estimate. I also had him look at a problem with our shower that had leaked . He quoted a price for both jobs and came back the next afternoon. The estimate was accurate and he had both things fixed in under an hour . He also fixed an issue with the dishwasher that I had no idea was not working properly. He's knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I would use his business again.

Will, did another great job for us once again, new garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet with sprayer attachment, Will is a pro at his craft, call he'll get the job done right. Satisfaction with no added expense, sorry I didn't converse much Will, with all of us wearing masks, 100% satisfied thank you.

Came by and gave me a solid quote. Was on time. We didn't meet on a price, but that's no knock on him. I'm sure he does great work. He was quoting a water filtration installation.
