Want to say thank you to Will at WCC Plumbing for a job well done. I had a main line break at an apartment complex. Will again helped me when my house's original pipes on far side of crawl space finally cracked and needed replacing. Will did another wonderful job on a very hot day where getting to a crawl space is not fun. He replaced original pipes under other half of house. He also resealed my toilet and shower pan. Contacted WCC Plumbing this morning and quickly got a response. We explained what was going on and Will said he could come out to look at our water heater. They were here in 15 minutes. It was so nice of Will to come out take a quick look and he quickly figure out what was wrong. They just notice a simple fix did it in less then five minute. They didn't even charge us and stated if it continues to call them and they will come out ASAP. I would strongly recommend WCC Plumbing to anyone and will contact them in the future. Will is a great plumber. You can call him and he will give you the best service out there. I had my water heater go out. Will came out installed a brand new (A.O. Smith water heater) and hauled away the old one. The job site was cleaned up and no evidence that my water heater had gone out. Before that we discussed the idea of putting a tankless water. Will gave me the pros and cons of a tankless water heater and guided me to make my decision. Also After the installation Will follow up with me after to make sure that my water heater was working to my standards. Will even came months later to help me with my Steam Shower. I highly recommend WCC plumbing to all my clients and friends. Will gets the job done and doesn't try to add more charges and stuff like big name plumbers do.

I'll give two stars because he unclogged my sewage block on Veteran's Day and charged me $450. Said he only gives military discount over a thousand. Additionally, he complained about the clean out valve he installed, insisting his company wouldn't have installed that, because the type of tape or sealant or whatever it was he was complaining was used, but when I showed him the receipt, he didn't acknowledge that he had said anything. He told me I need my sewage system replaced, which I probably do, but his quote was over $3500. I wasn't pleased with the service, and felt like I was taken advantage of--from the original install of the clean out valve to the time they ignored my call to this last visit. And yes, I called another plumbing company.

There is no doubt in my mind that WCC is the best there is. I called and they came right out the next morning.. I had a huge job for them. My main line to my house broke. They arrived early and had me back with water by the afternoon... They were very professional and kind. Hard working and fast. I would recommend them to anyone! There prices are very reasonable considering all the hard work they do!!!

WCC came out an hour earlier than anticipated and quickly replaced our bathroom sink with a new faucet. I appreciated their promptness, professionalism, and that they gave us the option of paying now or be billed later. We paid promptly since there's no point in waiting to pay. I'll happily call them again for future plumbing needs.
