I was getting frustrated with an issue with a drain pipe being too short, and even going to my local ace, they don't have the correct size. I came here and talked to Julian, who helped with my solution. I brought the drain pipe that was giving me issues, and he quickly offered to cut the pipe to the size I wanted. I got the pipe home and completed the repair job in no time; it was cheaper than getting it from my local hardware store and cutting it for free. Excellent customer experience all around.

I have a toilet flush issue and needed specific replacement parts. Although, WB didn't carry it; they are very knowledgeable and helpful. Will helped me locate my parts on Amazon and also found a local handy person. This is my new ""go to place"" for all my plumbing needs.

Everyone is friendly, efficient, and effective. Plus, there's a reasonable amount of street parking.

Julian and all the guys at WB are the best. Super knowledgeable and friendly. My contractor broke a small piece to my shower control and WB knew exactly what I needed and was able to get me a replacement the next day! I'll be coming back to WB for all my future plumbing purchases

Really helpful group of guys at this store that seems to cater to plumbers. I was looking for a specific color and size to replace my kitchen faucet. I went to Home Depot but the clerks don't know anything, even after I waited 15 minutes for the ""faucet specialist."" Ed at WB helped me figure out the most workable answer. Super nice guys and very patient.

They were very helpful, I was getting parts for when my plumber comes. I showed the guy a picture of the stamp inside the toilet tank, he got everything I needed. Everyone was very nice. If I need more plumber parts, I'm definitely coming back!
