Had plumber look at a job installing a half bath in my home gave him $190 deposit kept rescheduling and then on the third scheduled day never showed. Didn't return my text or call. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

he is a rip-off. puts leftover items from someones house into yours, says he bought them from Home Depot, but refuses to give you a receipt and then inflates the price. His 5 star reviews are friends and family, not actual customers.

I would never recommend this plumber to my worst enemy. This is a guy who charges you $130.00 per hour to take a 17 minute ride to go to a store to pick up a part because he ""CLAIMS"" your brand new parts will not work. That I didn't have a problem with, what he charges an hour is what he charges, I don't mind that. But it took 2 hours, so he is actually charging you $260.00 for a ride that should have only taken him 34 minutes door to door. Add another 1/2 hour at best to get the part and wait in line. I showed him what I wanted, but it wasn't what we got. What he picks up only cost $179.00 but he charged us $315.00 and refuses to show us a receipt. This is on TOP OF THE $260.00 FOR THE TRAVELING. He got parts that don't match and blames the manufacturer. I think they were spare parts in his truck and he went to lunch, that is what I think. But if we had to believe his story, the ""product"" he bought comes with a Shower head, where is it? He took it for the next sucker that hires him.
lf yelp allowed it, I would have copied the email so you could see for yourself what he tells customers, you wouldn't have to just take our word for it.

He is a RIPOFF ARTIST AND HE IS PROUD OF IT. The only way he got 5 stars is from friends writing in for him, he actually sucks so bad, we have to try to get legal help. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER, SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I would highly recommend using WB Plumbing. Bill was extremely professional and did a great job installing a faucet for us. He even offered to helped me replace a rubber washer after he was finished even though he was on a tight schedule. I am very happy to have finally found a reliable plumber!

Bill was great. Explained everything he did and why? He also gave me helpful tips to keep all the pipes and toilets working well so he doesn't have to come back. LOL! He was efficient and reasonably priced! I highly recommend him!

I called around 6 Monday night, and got a call back in 10 minutes. Said he would be here next day at 9:30am. He was early. Went for parts and was back in a flash. Very reasonable with the price. I have a new plumber for life.

Our sump pump stopped working and our basement flooded at 9:00 pm. We called over 10 ""emergency"" plumbing services - all said they couldn't come for 1-2 weeks. We usually call Flynn but they never even had the decency to call us back. Why they all advertise emergency plumbing is beyond me.

We finally found Billy and WB Plumbing. He couldn't have been nicer - he got right back to us, came the next day and fixed everything. He even called the day after to make sure things were working. We've never had a plumber do that.

Next time we have a plumbing job or an emergency we'll go right back to Billy. Highly recommend his services.

We were in the middle of renovating our bathroom with tiling and as we took the shower walls down to replace with cement board we noticed some very green and crusty pipes that were as old as the house. We had the tiler go as far as he could and called WB plumbing. Billy came in by 6PM that night and had all supplies needed to replace all in wall piping and shower valve set! Super fast and professional service from a very hard working young man trying to make a good name for himself! He totally replumbed my bathroom and was done by 9PM making sure that our tiler could resume the next morning without skipping a beat! Pricing was more than reasonable for such a fast response in such a unexpected situation!
I am having him come back to update our outside faucets and washing machine supply valves next week!
