Sadly, I'm not able to recommend WB Dickenson anymore. They do NOT stand behind their work! Yes, the kitchen is lovely but we have a major problem with the kitchen floor tile. Either the porceline tiles are defective or something happened when the floor was installed or a combination of the two. Slowly, over a few months, the white tiles became grey and cloudy looking and no amount of mopping and cleaning could get it clean. It looks terrible. I brought this to TJ's attention. He came out to look at it, he brought in the owner of Universal Tile to look at it and then had the floor professionally cleaned. Some of the grayness was removed but not all of it and within 24/48 hours it all started coming back. The floor should be white but it's not, it's an ugly mottled grey. It's disgusting. Also, he blames me! He thinks that I put ""something"" on the floor that degraded the glaze. I did NOT ruin the floor. Something else is wrong and TJ will not stand behind the job. It's so unfortunate that this is happening because up until now, we had a great working relationship and it pains me to be forced to call in Consumer Protection. I will have to contact other government sources, too. This should not be happening. I am beyond disappointed. People need to stand behind their work.

My outside faucet was leaking and I thought it would be a quick fix. Not!! When I attempted to take the faucet handle off, I found out it was connected to a long water pipe going into the house. I called WB Dickenson, requested Les, ( who previously had done work for me), and Les quickly diagnosed the problem, and quickly and efficiently cut the water pipe, and soldered a new pipe to the outside faucet. Problem solved. Thank you, WB Dickenson, and thank you, Les!! You're the best!!

I asked his company to come out and fix a leaking faucet in my kitchen and they were very timely very responsive and they fix the problem and the charge was reasonable I would definitely recommend them

I had a heating system / boiler in need of repair. I worked with a couple of companies to get quotes. WB Dickenson was not only the best quote, but they were quick also. I ended up deciding to do a full replacement of the boiler and water heater. They did the work in one day and the team that came into my house were friendly and professional.

I had a tub that needed to be replaced and walls redone. They took it down to the studs and did the job the right way! I LOVE my new bathroom! They also remodeled my kitchen. I had a budget that I needed to stay within and they worked with me on making sure we were on budget. Again, they were very timely, courteous, clean up each day and very professional! I had used them for a small repair job in my condo a few years ago, so when I bought a house and needed a new bathtub before our move, I called them for a quote
Two weeks later and still in an empty house, waited for over 2 1/2 hours today before receiving a call saying this dude was not showing up. TJ only goes out to do this on Tuesday and was given a time frame of 2-5 pm. I had explained the urgency of quote over 2 weeks ago as this is preventing our move. How very unprofessional!
I was then put on an extended hold while the admin tried to find TJ and listened to their advertising just how wonderful and reliable they are... this was good for a sarcastic chuckle.
If he can't even be bothered to honor his set appointments and this is the way they conduct their business, that is their business but will never get mine again.

Very unprofessional. Came to give me quote to do my kitchen floor and spent 5 minutes at my home. And then told in quote my subfloor was bad when they did even look at it. All they wanted to is scam me and talk down to me and my 79 year old father. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not hire then to any work. Just so everyone knows I had three other contractors out for floor quote and they said my kitchen floor is thick enough to install vinyl tiles over vinyl floor. Sounds to me company did not want job and didn't care how he acted around potential customer. I will make sure home advisor knows how contractor acted. This is an update. Had building inspector come to home to check floors for new kitchen floor installation. Building inspector stated wood on my floors over 1 inch think and contractor who came to home knew absolutely nothing and did not bother to check floors before giving estimate for work. Building inspector stated same thing anyone who hires this contractor deserves to be ripped off.
