The man is a plumbing wizard. Dropped what he was doing on a holiday weekend to help me and my leaking basement. They don't make'em like this guy anymore. Fixed it fast, fixed it cheap. Highly recommend

I called Wayne to take care of a tenants plumbing issue back in the end of December. He seemed like a reliable and great choice at first as he promptly responded and gave me the information at first. He told me he would arrange a date with the tenant to fix the issue, he even gave me a quote and asked my address to send me the bill. Today, February 19th, my tenant informed me that Wayne never went back to the condo nor called her, I recieved no call, no bill, no nothing. I called him today. No answer. He texted me he would call me back, and never did. I am a huge advocate for promoting good business, but I am also an advocate for sharing bad business as well. I'm hiring elsewhere!

I contacted Wayne's Plumbing the day after the Memorial Day weekend to repair a leaking hot water heater. Wayne walked me through reading the tag on my old heater so he could find a replacement. He was able to find a replacement and repaired my water heater that afternoon. He worked to keep the area clean, even to putting down a sheet of cardboard to prevent marring the floor. He explained his work and his pricing, which I thought was reasonable. He left me instructions and a length of hose to periodically drain the tank to prevent sediment build up.

What an amazing plumber! Very fast and very clean! Not to expensive either. Also checked the batteries in my smoke detectors.
