If you are lucky enough to get this guy to fix your drainage problem, you will be very happy indeed. The other two reviews say everything i would also say: arrived on time, got the work done quickly (in the rain!), put every thing back where it was, on site every day, courteous and professional, excellent business ethic, gave lowest bid of three contractors, agreed to take on a bit of extra work without batting an eyelash, and in general he's a real nice guy. This is the guy you want on your project.

the floor of an enclosed porch in our home in shoreline flooded during winter rains. wayne and two helpers installed a french drain that completely eliminated the problem. the work included removing large bushes and took place in the rain. the work, including clean up was done expertly and in very little time. his price was the lowest of the 3 contractors who bid. i would enthusiastically recommend him!

I highly recommend Wayne Richards, of Wayne's Drains, for any work related to the installation of a basement drainage system. With a long history as a general contractor, he not only performed excellent water-proofing work in my basement by installing several below grade drains, affixing drainboard to the basement walls, and re-doing my down spout drainage system, but he also rebuilt the walls that needed to be partially torn down in order to install the drainboard and painted the walls to my color and paint specifications. The drain work he needed to perform required him to pull up some tile work, and he had the tile setting skills to re-tile this section of floor once the drains were installed. Finally, the day before he was to show up for his first day on the job at my house, my water heater broke and partially flooded my basement; he offered to additionally - unscheduled and not per the original work plan - make time to install a new water heater and dispose of my old water heater. Wayne clearly went the extra mile for me, and saved me from having to hire additional contractors for painting, tile work, and water heater installation. He navigated all of these projects seamlessly and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. He has a most professional demeanor, is dependable, thoughtful, and with an impressive work ethic. He had a crew of 3 men working with him at my house, but was personally on the job site at my home every single day. He called me when issues arose, was prompt, responsive, and respectful. The job started and was finished exactly when he said it would be and he maintained a very clean and orderly worksite throughout. I have nothing but high praise for Wayne and his company, Wayne's Drains. He is truly a one-of-a-kind contractor, and anybody would be fortunate to work with him.
