Called Wayne's in a panic, as sewage was backing up in to the basement. Phone was answered immediately and message taken..was told to phone back in 15 minutes if I hadn't received a call. Directly received phone call, and had someone at the house within two hours. Frank was fantastic! He went right to work, found the problem immediately and fixed it. He was fast, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. It was roots in the main sewage line, and he cleared them, showed me what happened, and cost was under $300! They made a scary, panicky situation a minor issue. Will definitely recommend and use again!
