The plumber wore a mask, showed up quickly, was friendly and professional. Charged significantly less than estimate, as problem was not as bad as originally thought.
Very smooth experience, will definitely call them again.

Yesterday I called and spoke to Jess to ask for camera service. I was quoted a price of $245 if they sent a tech before 4pm or $295 if after 4pm. It was 3:45 and I needed to find the source of the problem so I agreed to $295. I was told some one would be here in 90 minutes. Then Jess called back to say that they were short handed and couldn't send anyone because it was going to take 2 techs; one to operate the machine another to go into the crawl space where the was water was coming into the house. I scheduled them to arrive between 8-10. They didn't show until 11:30. Told us they couldn't go into the crawl space and or snake and it would cost $400 to do the job and they needed to remove one of the toilets to do it. We were never told from the main office of this cost. I only agreed in person because we had already waited over night and didn't have time to get another quote. I told the techs that I would speak to the office to resolve the matter. I spoke to Jess to said she told me that the quote was for snaking because I told her we had a clog. Not true, I asked for a camera because we didn't know what the problem was. Nor did she tell me it was going to cost $120 for the additional tech, $75 for them to remove and put the toilet (I don't have a problem with the $75), also that it would be COD. However, $475 later, she claims she clearly provided all that info over the phone the night before and that her co-workers heard the entire conversation. I told her my husband heard my version. I also stated I wanted to speak to her supervisor. He comes on the phone to back her up and continuously contradict what both he and Jess were saying. First was: he was standing right next to her when she spoke to me and she only repeated exactly what he told her. So then why was I quoted the price for a service I didn't ask for and not even the full price of the one she claims I asked for? Response: We didn't know which service you needed until our techs got there?

didn't think I would get a reasonable rate on a holiday but had them come out anyway on the 4th of July,,they were at my house within a half hour of when I called, were done in less than 45 min(had to flush out a clogged pipe) very reasonably priced and quick courteous service.. would recommend you call them for sure..

i've used these guys several times for clogs to the house's main drain, toilets, the washer, tenant's apt. (who dumped grease & metal parts down the sink). they have always done a good job, quickly, and are very reasonably priced. i just recommended them to a friend.
