I had a problem with drains in my 42 year old pool deck not draining. I tried digging to find the drain outlet to clear the drains, but a lot of digging left me frustrated. Wayne was recommended to me by another plumber and after reviewing his 5 star rating on Yelp, I contacted Wayne. He came our with his pipe camera and another electronic tool. I showed him where I thought the pipe might exit but I was wrong. In less than 1 hour, Wayne showed me where to dig. He was right. The pipe exit was exactly where Wayne indicated. I cleaned roots out of the drain pipe and now everything is draining perfectly just like new. Wayne was very helpful and knowledgeable and certainly deserves his 5 star rating. I strongly recommend his services and he is a nice guy too.

We have been having sewer line issues for 10 years and had it cleared every one or two years -- until Wayne showed up. He was terrific! There was a collapse of the pipe on the city side of the property line. The other 5 plumbers never discovered this. Wayne has top-notch equipment and he knows how to use it. With a video line and above-ground sensor, he found the collapsed pipe, marked it for the city workers, and notified the city Water & Sewage department (he hand delivered a USB fob with the video, along with above ground pictures of the location). Within 7 days the city permanently fixed our sewer issues. I am so grateful for Wayne's skill. His fee was amazingly reasonable.

Wayne seems to be very professional and knowledgeable. I am purchasing a home in San Diego, so I got a general home inspection. That inspector said that I should get a digital imaging of the waste piping on the property and recommended Wayne as an expert. Wayne responded quickly and politely, explaining as much as he could up front. He is an experienced plumber, too, and agreed to check out a couple of water line issues at the same time that he evaluated the sewer lines. His final report came the same day as his inspection and was very thorough; he also patiently and clearly answered all of my follow-up questions. I would definitely refer him to others.

Wayne Taylor was a miracle worker. NONE of our plumbing worked because of a huge clog entrenched deep in the system that another company told us would cost $1500.00 to fix. He was able to fix it for less than $300, and for that I will be eternally grateful to him. NOTHING related to plumbing in our house was working (imagine that cruise ship that had the electrical fire, the stench was unbearable). Well, I left for work the next morning and by the time I got home at 6, everything was fixed. Kudos to my husband for doing the post-cleaning for me. So I only had to live with the problem for one day, thank goodness. I'm fuzzy on the actual details since I was at work for most of the problem but my husband was super impressed with this guy and said he was fastidious. I was just happy it got fixed so fast and the price was something I could cope with- Thank you, Wayne!!!
