My grandmother hired this company to do a repair on a leaking kitchen sink. Wayne came and did the repair on September 11, 2021. He charged her $200 cash and did not provide any receipt. Less than 2 weeks later the pipe came off and it started to leak again. He has not been answering the phone and has not yet come back to fix his work. Since she needs access to water for cooking and cleaning, she had to hire another plumber to fix her sink. Wayne said he would come sometime soon to fix it, but he has not. She missed several medical appointments over 4 days waiting for him. Now he sent a text message saying LOL because she asked for a refund. Again, this was supposed to be a professional company and they didn't even provide a receipt. Lesson learned. DO NOT use this company. They are anything but professional and take advantage of senior citizens. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This company doesn't deserve a rating mom It gets a Zero! Everyday found excuses he slepted late or other days that he didn't come and was able to get through he would say he just woke up snd that would be at 5pm . After getting tired of his games I told him I want my money back. Still getting excuses. Finally 3 days passed and still excuses at 8:45 pm. He came and gave me my money back . He had to ask me how much money I gave him, he couldn't remember How can a company not remember . Everytime you would call all three of his numbers all voicemails were full, he doesn't know how to communicate with people. He's a Liar and a Crook! On July 2,2021 I called another plumbing company they came and told me I do not need a Ejector Pump my house doesn't have the right connections. I needed a Sump Pump. Wayne was charging me $720.00 for a ejector pump that I didn't need! I Saved $220.00 and paid $500.00 for a Sump pump the right item. Everyone Stay away from this company he's a crook and a liar! He rips people off trying to sell people items they don't need . Shop around !!

Wayne is absolutely amazing. Toilet plugged 9:30 p.m. on Saturday. Called a few places as options are limited at that time. One never called back the other wanted $ huge for coming out. I get it it was emergency. Then I called Wayne explained problem. He asked if that was only toilet I told him it was the only one my 93 year old mom could use. That was all I had to say. He said he would get dressed and be on the way. He arrived in 20mins found issue fixed problem and charge less than I was getting as a quote from my son's ""friend"". Great job, good person, fair man. Will use him for all our plumbing issues and will recommend to everyone.

Claims I bounced s check lol I would never hire him so he could not have received s bounced check, in fact I challenge to post the check lol. He won't and can't because he is a liar.

I didn't hire him because he wanted to overcharge not claims I wrote a bad check,,,, hmmm why not go after me in small claims or call police that I pass a bad check... Why.. Because he is a liar and is trying to deflect the fact he treated customers this way,... The REAL work was done by good licensed plumber who did the work and found that half what this guy was gonna do wasn't even needed
