I called to have my main water valve changed because it was starting to leak and this job was beyond my comfort level. Job was done correctly but I was charged $180 an hour because there were two people on a job that easily can be done with one. I was not informed that I would be paying for two people prior to the work starting. If I was given that information up front it would have been nice. I probably would have asked to only have one person and it would have saved me $300.

Only wants to work on equipment they installed, or have a service contract against. No emergency help. Next possible appointment late December which is a month away. I have no heat and it's 28 degrees outside.

I'm waiting months for a quote on a heating system.will not return calls no respect. People learn from my mistake dont waste your time with wayne there are a lot of plumbers out there with respect that can help you.

I called today to get someone to come detect a gas leak and smell. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and kept saying. After explaining the smell she replied with ""Well that's not something we can get to right away."" I was absolutely insulted by her flat rude tone! I will not be calling them EVER again!

I have used them a couple of times and each time the service was getting worse. The last time I called for an emergency call in winter when my furnace stopped working (Heat and Hot Water) told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could take a look at it. Will never use them again.

I called around 9:45 am and told the man who answered the phone that I had a clogged kitchen sink. I waited two hours, and called back to follow up as I did not hear from anyone. The technician called me back to tell me that they don't go clogged drains anymore. Had the first or second person who answered the phone told me that, I wouldn't have wasted two hours waiting for someone.

Had a serious problem with my furnace late in the evening, water everywhere. Called Wayne and he responded immediately. Made sure water was stopped and came out first thing in the morning. Diagnosed the problem quickly and had repairs made by noon. Great service and reliability. I highly recommend this business.

The work was done very well, its the cost that gets you...
when they arrive to look at the job, the clock starts, if they have to go get a part they don't have on their truck, they are still on the clock. A part they really should have!
the job actually took 1 hour to complete but we were charged for at least 3 hours labor!!!
