Recommended Customer Reviews

I had requested someone to come out for an issue at my rental property. They missed their time slot the first day and rescheduled. They showed up the second time and the plumber wasn't really sure how to resolve the main problem, so wanted to escalate to a senior plumber and the front office called to notify me and said I'd hear from them the next day (which was Tuesday). With a resolution and estimate. Didn't hear back for several days. Called back Friday (today) and the woman said the plumber would be calling me this afternoon and still nothing. Disappointed to have paid the service call fee for essentially nothing. Giving two stars because the tenant said the person who came was pleasant at least. Would not recommend though due to terrible follow up ability. Wouldn't trust they could get the job done!

5 stars for the new owner and plumber who came to my condo and 2.75 stars for the receptionist's attitude and scheduling hiccup. I spoke to owner and plumber, Vernon, a week ago to explain what I wanted done in my condo. He was great and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He arrived but the condo hadn't shut off the water in the building so he was unable to perform the service. He was extremely nice and said we could reschedule. We rescheduled, and the receptionist called me the day before around 5 pm and left me a voicemail. Within an hour I returned the call, got the voicemail, and left her a message confirming that we were good to go, my address is XXX and the water would be shut off by the condo maintenance man. The next morning at 10 when the plumber was scheduled, no one arrived. At 10:15 I called and the receptionist to see if he was on his way and said she never heard back from me so I wasn't on the schedule. I explained I got her message, then called back and left her a message. (I also had the water shut off in my entire building, so 50+ people were affected by this) She proceeded to say she'd been doing this work for 13 years and this has """"never happened."""" Under her breath she cursed. I figured she was frustrated (I was too) and explained the urgency in rescheduling since a renter was moving in the condo in 2 days. She again didn't believe me about leaving her a voicemail. I asked for her e-mail address and sent her screen captures of my iPhone where it shows her missed call and my call back to her and the amount of time (53 seconds, long enough to leave my message). We rescheduled and (thankfully!) Vernon came back out and did a great job. He even called before he came to apologize for her behavior. Hopefully the hiccup was a one-of-a-kind but accusing a customer is never the best way to go.

Had a bath tube that was slow to drain. Called Wayne Conn, they answered immediately, and were at my house within 30 minutes. drain was fixed within an hour. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. service was outstanding all around! would definitely use them again.

Very unprofessional and selfish that they don't wear mask during a pandemic when on a house call

I needed to get my home re-piped as a condition to sell it. We had already refurbished the entire house and we overlooked replacing the old galvanized pipes. My concern was that walls would need to busted open and then I would need to patch the walls and repaint! Wayne Conn Plumbing said that they would do their best to not cut open any walls and if they needed to cut, they would lay drop cloths and create as little damage as possible. Well, when they were finished it was almost as if they weren't even inside the house. There was no dirt or damage! When I turned on the water, the water flow was wonderful! I couldn't be happier with their work!

We had work done today. The guys listened to our issues, worked diligently, did not waste time, had the needed supplies, explained options, very personable, courteous, and professional!! The work was done correctly and we are EXTREMELY pleased!!

Quick and efficient. And, very reasonable. Not only did they clear the line, they found the cause of it. The team I got listened to the snake in the ground, and where it ran into the clog in front of the house, they dug up the dirt until they hit the sewer line to expose the pipe. Sure enough they found the reason for the clog, a hole in the pipe allowed dirt to clog the line. That!, is kick ass service!

Very unprofessional company. They came to check for leaks and turned off our hot water. We called to try and get a better understanding. They came back over and charged us for the visit. They blamed us for turning off the hot water. We called them to explain we shouldn't be charged for the second bill. They constantly said we needed to pay or else they would go to collections. They then went on and hung up on us. They were very unprofessional and unwilling to communicate with us. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.

We've experienced bad plumbers in the past (ones who have done careless work that resulted in brand new flooring being replaced, for instance), so it is a great relief that we finally have a plumber we can count on. Vernon and his crew have done quite a bit of work for us, including a complete repipe in a rental unit we own. They have always been prompt, courteous and helpful. Even if it isn't an emergency, they are usually able to get someone out the same day. Michelle (I believe is Vernon's wife) has always been courteous to us, even when we had payment mixups (i.e. I wrote a check from the wrong account, which bounced, and then my husband sent our payment to the wrong address, and they didn't receive it until a week or so later -- a mess that certainly would've warranted frustration on their part.)

We had Wayne Conn handle the rough in plumbing for a bathroom we added to our house in May 2020. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They were also willing to deal with me doing the rest of the work myself, framing, electrical, tile, etc. It was a great experience and now almost two years later there have been no issues.
