I would NEVER recommend this business to do any work! The business is poor organized and poorly ran altogether. The receptionist and owner are very rude. After getting off work I came home to a (very unprofessionally) bill with no information on it just the amount owed and the business name shoved in my door. Very confused about why I was getting a especially when I have not had or needed any work done I called inquiring about it. The receptionist could not give me any information about why I had received a bill just said that I must have had work done and when I reassured her that they had to have the wrong address she insisted I meet with the service tech hoping to clear the matter up I agreed. After the service tech never showed up I thought the matter was taken care of... until recently they started calling and harassing and yelling at me again (even after business hours!!) and even threaten to take me to collections !! They could not tell me any information as to what was supposedly done and who supposedly called them to do this unknown work to my house other than it was a man ( I do not live with a man, confused me even more).... I tried to be very understanding and patient with them with there oversight but the owner and receptionist continuously insisted that I was a liar.... after telling them AGAIN I was not going to pay for work that I NEVER called about or was done on my house much less no information (name of who called them and etc) they can take it to court! I received a call to finally inform me that they made a mistake. I never received an apology or anything from them other than the harassment and trust passing on my property. Very poor business!!
