Did not want to even give one star. Could not post without. Water heater replacement. Plumber did not tighten intake valve when they installed new water heater. He apologized multiple times. Water flowed into the house and on my floors. Damaged the new water heater enough to where they had to bring out another water heater because that one would not work. Plumber did call restoration company to dry out floors. Floors damaged and buckled. Plumber is now refusing to replace floors. States we signed waiver. Waiver does not excuse negligence on behalf of plumber. I would not recommend doing business with this plumber. Buyer beware.

Norris and Norris Jr are truly professional. If you need a plumber, set you mind at ease because they are thorough, knowledgeable, but more importantly, HONEST!!! This company is a rare find. Will use again.

Two of our toilets had been messing up for several weeks and one morning one of them completely decided to not flush causing a major issue in one of our bathrooms. Wave plumbing responded to my call the same morning and was able to have somebody out within two hours of me calling. Vince was on-time, extremely professional and explained to me what was going on with each toilet. He even allowed me to take pictures of the parts to show the landlord issues/costs as well. 5/5 stars, highly recommended!
