They are not professional at all, will not return phone calls. If you hire them, Ryan will ignore your phone calls, have every excuse in the book for not showing up. The owner will not call you back after several attempts and messages left for him.
I always valued Watters Plumbing; so when it came time to covert my bath into a shower, I called them. They were my first estimate. Jared was very professional, friendly and honest. I felt I didn't need a 2nd opinion and I am glad I trusted my gut.
My shower conversion is breath taking, functional, with quality fixtures and features. Money well spent. It took less than two days and the clean up each day was impressive.
Thank you for the whole team that made it possibile. Each one of you are skilled and thoughtful and customer friendly.
Our sump pump failed at 9:30 on a Sunday night. Water was coming in fast and we needed help immediately. One call to Watters Plumbing and Al was here. Amazing service, quality work!! Highly recommended!
Had Watters over 20+ years. One of two water heaters blew in one of the apartments my husband and I manage. My husband was hurt in May and is not supposed to go back to work till January. He had to shut off the water and Watters could not come out due to ""too many guys being off for deer hunting"". I guess leaking water is NOT an emergency. Called Friday to cancel today's appointment as our heating/cooling company was able to come out Wed, the day after we called Watters. I talked with a LIVE person and left a message. Today the Watters guy was out here and I explained that I called Friday to cancel. He was not happy at first but realized that I did indeed called and I apologized. What the heck happened? As a manager, I have to make sure my tenants have hot water and I'm responsible for the leaking of water into the hallway. We went through hell before our heating/ cooling guys showed up. So disappointed as is the owner of this place!
I was very disappointed today to hear that when watters sent a plumber today, they did not want a mask in my home! I was not home when they came to look at my water heater, and my Boyfriend didn't know if he should say something, but YES he should have. It should not be the clients responsibility to ask them to put a mask on!
Chealse Z.We woke up to a failed sumpump and that caused our our basement to flood. I called watters around 6am and Phil was over around 8:30 taking out the old sumpump and putting in a new one. He was very nice and explained how everything worked so well. He also showed us what he vacuumed out of our sumpump and omg.
Zer H.Our sump pump was making a lot of noises. We called Watters Plumbing and a guy was out the next day. I think his name was Phil. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He showed us what was wrong and installed a new pump. The new pump is awesome. We do not hear a single sound from it. Service was fast however I felt it was a little expensive, $580 for the new pump and installation, but we paid because we needed a new pump. Overall, great service and we are happy with the results.
Richard P.Professional and Spot on. NEVER have I had issues with Watters. Always on time, respectful contractors. RECOMMENDED
We found the staff of Watters Plumbing to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They were readily available and spent quite a bit of time with us going over all of the areas of our bathroom remodel and helping us select the products, colors, etc. that met our needs the best. There were some minor bumps along the way like most projects that we have taken on, but they were eager to work them out to our satisfaction. We are very satisfied with our new space.
We built this home and Watters was recommended by our builder. Apparently the builder liked Watters because they would be on time, not because of their quality. Out of three bathrooms, two had under cabinet leaks, immediately. The master tub and the basement utility wash basin drained too slowly, and they refused to fix them. Wouldn't even send out a plumber to assess the problem, just kept saying that they were designed that way! There are even more issues, but I've left Watters in the past now, and use someone who hasn't covered their errors with lies. Actually, there haven't been any new errors!
