I requested 5 quotes for remodeling my Master Bath on 9/30/18. Mike from Watters was the first to respond and came out to the home on 10/1. He was very nice and thorough and he said he would have a quote to us in a week or so. After all our quotes we liked Mike the best and wanted Watters to do our remodel even without comparing his quote to the others. We did not hear anything in a week but that was ok we understand. On 10/12 we received a call from Ruth at the office apologizing for the delay and that Mike would get back to us. On 10/24 I emailed Watters Plumbing to make sure they had my correct email because we had not heard anything. On 10/25 Mike called me and said he was checking with Ruth to see where our project was and either she or he would get back to us soon. Saturday will be December 1st and we never heard from them again, 2 months. We had agreed that it would probably be January before they could schedule the project so really all they had to do was a make a phone call or 2. Very unprofessional. If you are too busy and cannot do the work then have the courtesy to tell us so we can move on too. Barb Vierzba
