Diann T.I purchased a AO Smith hot water tank from watters and it was working fine until a few days ago,there was water all over the basement.When I looked at my receipt I was happy that it was still under warrantee.I faxed my receipt to AO Smith and received an authorization number which I was told to give to watters to get a replacement, I just don't quite understand the handling fee of $180.00 plus tax which came to $195.98. They didn't want the tank back,just the sticker so I don't quite get what they were handling.They are a distributor for AO Smith,it just seems that the amount was kind of high to be called a handling fee.Maybe in the future you should call it something else.
