As serendipity would have it, someone was headed out my way on another job when I called, so very quick service.

I tried to make 2 appointments in 1 day and the company flaked on me both times. The office didn't communicate with the workers in the field, then the owner of the business called me later on and told me he'd get to my house when he'd get to my house. That was after I waited all day and changed my plans to accommodate their busy schedule. After being lied to by the owner in the phone, and getting disrespected, I wondered how these people stay in business. It is most likely due to the lack of options here in Humboldt for well service, but I will never give this company my business.

July 12, 2016 we were having well issues. We tried to trouble shoot but no luck. We made several canals to companies we used in the past. No one called back so I started looking for anyone willing to come help. Getting a business to come down to southern humboldt is very difficult. I called Watson well service. The staff was very friendly, she had a tech call me back within an hour. They arranged to have a tech to my place within a few hours. The service tech was honest told me explained everything as he was trouble shooting. He gave me the worst case situation along with the cost. Before he left we had found our issues and assured us he would return the next day. They returned the following day, got both my wells in top running condition. Their prices were fair and reasonable. If your looking for a top notch fair honest company to work on you well system I highly recommend Watson well service! They will be the first company I call as needed! Thank you for saving my system.
