The plumber was late, rude, and gave me bad information regarding the placement of a gas line. The bid was sky high compared to others.

I think they take advantage of folks who need a plumber quickly and are unable to wait for one of the more reputable companies to come out. I'd recommend you keep calling around; this is not the plumber you are looking for.

Not only did they provide the highest quality of service, but they also helped get the job done, with tactful and appropriate contacts with the City inspectors, another plumbing company, and an electrician who had to be prodded repeatedly to complete his tasks. Unproffesional. Watson plumbing contractor never returned my calls, was a no show for the appointment all because I suggested I may need a second opinion.

Extremely unprofessional. Wasted my time and were quite rude. I called an set up an appointment for a very simple job (leaky pipe) and was told a plumber would come on the agreed date. That day, no one showed up and no one from the office called. When I called in myself nearly an hour later, I was informed that the plumber had an emergency and would not be coming at all. I was asked to be ""flexible,"" and could we reschedule for another day. Thinking it was a one time fluke, I foolishly rescheduled for another date. Guess what, another no call, no show. This time when I call in the woman (the mother of the other secretary) AGAIN asks me to be ""flexible"" (what they mean is accommodating) and reschedule a 3rd time. She tried to reschedule a 3rd time, and asked me ""do you want to the plumber to be ready to work when he arrives?"" Of course I am not falling for this a third time. Do not waste your time waiting around for these people.

These guys were great. Very professional and efficient. They did our whole house copper re-pipe job, secured all our old fittings and installed a new inside shut-off valve at a very reasonable price. I did a lot of research in choosing these guys, and in choosing copper over pex.

Have always used Watson Plumbing and Rich, the best plumber around. I had pinhole leaks in my kitchen faucet pipes and I knew those old pipes would not stand up to any repairs at all. I thought I would have to have the wall taken out to get at the repair but Rich knew how much pressure the old faucet and pipes could stand and I now have a lovely wall faucet. Thanks, Rich.

Fantastic service, quality workmanship with great attention to detail and fair pricing. The staff at Watson went way above and beyond to install a toilet and sink in my master bathroom after I had replaced the tile flooring. I needed the work done quickly and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day. I would and will hire them for all my future plumbing needs. Thanks Tim, Patti and Kim! You guys are AWESOME!!! These guys managed to fit my small job into a busy schedule when nobody -- and I mean nobody -- was able to. I must have called fifteen plumbers, and they were all at least three days out. Rich swung by between calls, dropped a flange in super old school way with jute and lead, and was out clean. I didn't get any ""you should have called a plumber first"" malarkey. I'd definitely call them first any time I have further plumbing needs.

The day before we had tenants moving in, we had a minor plumbing problem with the kitchen sink. I called Watson and they were able to schedule me for the next morning, which was great! The lost star (only 4 out of 5) was due to my having to call them the next morning after no one came 30 minutes past my appointment time. The scheduler apologized for the oversight and someone was at my door within 10 minutes.

The plumber was prompt and fixed my problem in under an hour, and there was no extra charge for the ""emergency"" appointment.
