This is one of the worst companies to use. They don't even deserve 1 Star. I called due to a gas leak, after a week I finally got a call they were on the way here. They said they could not locate a leak and I needed to replace my gas pipe. I was told I would get a call back with estimate, I waited 2 days and called she said would call me back, 2 days later I called again due to no call back. I was told again I would be called back with a estimate. Well, 1 week and 1 day I finally got my estimate $987.00, I told her I'll call her back. I called another company, he said he would be here in the morning, and he was here first thing. They also went under my house and could not find a leak and also said my pipe was ok. They checked my heater and a valve was loose. He tightened it up, no more gas smell. That's all it was. I will never call Watson Plumbing again.

-Have used them 3 times -Fixed issue first time, did not have to call them back. -Reasonable prices -Easy to get any appointment -They show up on time. -They don't make a mess -Service Technicians are friendly and explain the problem.
