I have no choice but to use Watson Plumbing through my home warranty . I recently purchased a house and had them come out due to toilet issues after I had flooring put in. I was getting water leakage under my toilet and it was not level, it was rocking. i had a tech come out and his resolution is he said they never put a new wax ring on. Needles to say he put a new wax ring on, and a week later I was calling them back. The tech said I had to have a leak in my cement because water was building up under my new tile. What cracks me up was he flushed the toilet at least 6x saying it's not coming from the toilet but didn't notice i put levelers under the toilet to keep it from rocking. The tech didn't do anything and left. So I had another technician come in the same day and come to find out there was 3 wax rings and the wax coming out from under the toilet was nasty looking. now that all of that was scrapped out and a new wax ring was put down everything looks good and no water problem. I can't believe how techs take advantage of woman. If you don't have to use them don't. They are not looking out for you only their pocket books.

The tech that came to service my home was extremely courteous and experienced!

I couldn't recommend anyone other than Watson. 100% I will call them again for any other repairs!

Hired to vent a range hood through my roof.
Charged me $750 for 3 hours work.
Roof vent was improperly installed and now must be reinstalled and the damage repaired. After several weeks the owner still has not returned my many calls. One star is one too many. Beware of this crook.

Watson Plumbing installed two new toilets for me. the gentleman (unfortunately don't recall his name) was polite, expedient and honest. he also found a flaw on the lid and advised before installing which is great customer service as most would install without saying anything. I exchanged the seat which I'm sure I can figure out. However, he did offer to comeback and do it for me.
