Our shower had a constant drip. Before our neighbor recommended Steve to me, I had two other plumbers look at the leak - they quoted surprisingly high prices, and talked of having to access the pipes from our neighbor's condo on the other side of our wall (i.e. way more extensive than I predicted the fix would be) AND of having to replace some entire part of the plumbing system (I can't remember the terminology).

But then I discovered Steve - our neighbor highly recommended him and I'm so glad he did! Steve was responsive, quick, professional, informative, and fair with pricing. Beyond that, he seemed more knowledgeable than the others, as he both identified, AND fixed the problem (without having to access the neighbor's condo or replace anything major) in less time than they (the first two I called) spent on the initial consult.

We will be using Steve from now on - highly recommend!

I had a plumbing emergency over the weekend and was scrambling to find someone to come help since my landlord didn't have anyone. I found Steve's number on next door and gave him a call, he was able to stop by only a couple of hours later and figured out what the issue was. The next day his men were here fixing the pipes (something that should have been done months prior when another plumber had done some work). I am so grateful for Steve, especially for being able to work so quickly, and for being reasonable about pricing!! If you need a plumber look no further! Steve is now our go to plumber, not only for my place but the rest of my landlords properties too!

Steve Watson is the best! We saw him recommended so often on Nextdoor that I thought 'wow, with all that he must have on his plate, this guy is never going to have time!' but he's always promptly returned calls, handled urgent items immediately, and scheduled other (non-urgent) projects within a few days. He is friendly, fair, and honest (tells you not to waste your money if you don't need to) and very easy to work with. While it could be tempting NOT to write a glowing review (to keep him the best kept secret) of course we wanted to applaud, support and promote this wonderful local gem!

After finding three recommendations on a neighborhood website (NextDoor) for Steve Watson, I called him when one of our pipes sprung a serious leak on a Sunday. I told him it was not an emergency because we had cut off all the water to the house, but he came to the house Sunday night (at no charge) to confirm for himself that it was safe to wait. The next day--at 7 am--he showed up to fix the problem. Total charge: $90. This guy is my ""plumber-for-life"". Thanks to the neighbors who recommended him..... Art Ulene
