Based on all of the positive recommendations for Steve, I called and he came out to help me on something that turned out to be a simple problem which he fixed quickly and did not charge me for the visit. I then referred him to my father who is a property manager and was looking for a new plumber. Steve said he would meet him at a property he manages, but on the agreed upon day time he never showed up nor did he call to say he couldn't come. Thinking that something came up that day and giving him the benefit of the doubt I gave his number to my sister and a good friend, he never called my friend back and after he was unable to come on a Saturday to my sisters they agreed on today and she came home early from work to meet him. No phone call and he did not show up. I have learned my lesson, three strikes your out.

I found Steve on Yelp and was definitely pleased with his work ethic and his pricing. Five stars does not accurately reflect Steve's level of skill, professionalism, efficiency, neatness, and ability to quickly diagnose the problem. He's easily a 15 on a 1 - 10 scale. He doesn't dilly dally ( old term) around. He assessed the problem and began working in under five minutes. Apparently that speaks to his skill level because I read off my actual list of problems and he immediately started working on them. He's a keeper and I am going to hire him for plumbing problems at my mother's home.
