Steve came right away and fixed my shower which was not getting hot. He diagnosed that the workmen had reversed the hot and cold, but it wasn't evident from the dial which gave my tepid water at all settings. Now I don't have to take cold showers. It's refreshing to find an honest plumber (or any workman for that matter). Mostly they just tell you what they can do, not necessarily what you need. I will use Steve for all my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend him.
