Steve Watson was very pleasant, professional, friendly, responsive and reliable. We recently had a newborn baby and had a last minute toilet emergency that we couldn't solve with our own elbow grease. I guess you get what you deserve when you make your kid cook for himself. He's 18, so it's not child abuse. It is, however, sink abuse. Pretty sure he threw onions down the disposal. Oh, and I found a brillo pad in there too. So, the sink backs up. Gross. I found Steve on a neighborhood forum and gave him a call. He picked up immediately and I had the problem fixed within the day, at a very reasonable price. I will give him a call the next time I need a plumber, which will be sooner rather than later (the culprit in the sink incident also gives the toilet some serious abuse as well).

Steve came right away and fixed my shower which was not getting hot. He diagnosed that the workmen had reversed the hot and cold, but it wasn't evident from the dial which gave my tepid water at all settings. Now I don't have to take cold showers. It's refreshing to find an honest plumber (or any workman for that matter). Mostly they just tell you what they can do, not necessarily what you need. I will use Steve for all my plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend him.
