The company was unreliable they had issues getting to work and they couldn't drive because of lack of transportation or the worker did not have his drivers license. there were domestic issues that caused them not show up on the job. the quality of work was poor. when me and my husband discussed it with him they were very defensive he did not try to offer any solutions. the floor had a large chip in it. They blamed it on our children who never went in the bath room. They wanted us to use a marker to cover up a large chip in the floor and a large chip on the bath tub we refused to do that. The owner refused to replace the floor. The tile and the grout work was very poor and uneven grout lines with tile sticking out and not being flat on the wall. The owner said that it was due to my house settling even though we had tile and grout in other areas of the house that are not looking like that for many more years. He threatened to take me to court when I refused to pay because according to the contract the job was not completed. Overall an awful experience

This man didn't show up to my house as he had three appointments and tonight we canceled plans as he said he'd be here between five and six I'll texted him and asked if he was coming he said no he was stuck in traffic just said it said the same thing the last two times then he asked me to send them pictures of what I needed done so I did so and you can't really tell in the pictures that it's only five tiles that need to be replaced and the shower door put in the other contractor I contacted came right out because you never take the first price you just make sure that it's a registered contractor and you're going to get a good job then he started to be rate me in a text as I told him he was triple the price

DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS! Hired to complete a handicap accessible bathroom remodel and kitchen remodel. Paid 1/2 for both jobs up front-BIG mistake. Assured they would complete in a timely fashion due to my husband's disability and that they knew how to install roll in shower and give us a smooth threshold transition. Did demo and some tile on shower. Walked off the job after one month leaving dust and debris along with unused/un-needed supplies in garage. Tried to meet to discuss problems and get job completed but they would not commit to a time/place and then just got no response. Had 3 contractors bid to complete. All came back with reports that what they had done needed to be ripped out and redone and to complete would cost 2x what their original bid was. So in other words, they quoted a price and promised what they needed to to get us to sign with them, then took our money and left the job undone. Advertise and said they were licensed, boded and insured but never provided proof.

Worst company EVER. They don't finish their jobs, the work they do is half-ass and worst of all they are horrible human beings. Do your research, there are many reviews very similar.

Never completed the job I hired them for. Sisto came for two days then never saw him again. He would text me multiple times with a new excuse as to why he couldn't come out, so I eventually gave up.
