I'm so glad my warranty company assigned my bad water heater issue to Watkins Plumbing. I had a great experience with these guys, Josh and Jarred especially. Josh did the install and was very personable and professional. He went above and beyond, explaining functionality, installation, and operation. My warranty company assigned us Watkins plumbing on Sunday night and first thing Monday morning they called and scheduled us an appointment for later that afternoon. Josh at Watkins Plumbing is amazing. He came out, figured out the problem, and went above and beyond dealing with our warranty company and ended up getting us an entirely new hot water heater for no cost to us.Only 2 days later he was back over here installing it and was in and out in no time at all. He was extremely professional and we felt comfortable having him in our home. I'm someone with absolutely no experience in home fixing and he never once made me feel like it. I could not recommend them enough I will choose to use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future with or without our warranty company. 10/10 I wish there was more I could say besides Thank you Josh.

I'm 71yo that needed emergency hot water pipe burst help. While they're fast & efficient I'm not qualified to judge coz I never owned a home before, so I have nothing to compare these astronomical costs with, so it's all half good, thus 3 stars to me.
