Again, terrible service, do not return phone calls, do not understand how they stay in business. had some work done which subsequently failed, cannot get ahold of anyone to resolve the problem. Person answering phone doesn't ever know where owner is, either in a meeting or on the road, and never can get a response. All I can assume is he wants to go out of business!

Had back-flow inspected three times and did good work. Backflow device began leaking in July 2018. They responded promptly and repaired with kit. Cost was $120, Job #Q810 (invoice) They were to inspect and advise the county at the same time. They never contacted the county. They will not return phone calls. The County has already processed another company to inspect and bill me $40. Only rated one star because negative stars not available.

Horrible customer service. I had them do a annual inspection of my backflow. Immediately after testing, it began to leak. It took them over a month to come back out. They just told me that they do not work on my type of backflow so the only choice is to replace it. If you don't work on this type then don't touch it. They state they have nothing to do with it leaking and sometimes when they are tested, they leak afterwards. They seem like a bunch of morons in the office. Will never use again.

I hired Waterworks to install a new sprinkler system. I had to chase them down for weeks for a start date and to make adjustments to the system after installation. The drawing/plan I agreed to was not the way the heads were installed. There are 10+ heads that are not installed properly: they're crooked and spray into the ground or they're crooked and they shoot into the air. I wish I had chosen another company for my sprinkler installation.

Terrible service - no one knows whats going on and they never call you back. So much for a loyal customer. 10 days later new lawn in 3 days and no one can tell me anything. I would not use them again. When asking for the owner he was also out and the office could not reach them.
