Take your business elsewhere. They do not respond to emails, nor do they give you accurate information regarding pricing for the work needed. Their attitude towards our inquiries was hostile, annoyed, and frustrated. If a client is looking for a solution, then Fernando or whoever's in charge should be willing to help present options, solutions, and even inform the client of other ways to counter the problem. But they didn't. Fernando was so rude. I would never recommend a company who treats potential clients like this.

This company is great and Andy was amazing! We woke up to find our laundry room and garage full of water. Being new home owners we weren't sure which plumbers were the best to call. Well, we chose wrong. Three days and alot of money later are slab leak was fixed and the plumbers were gone. The next day the laundry room faucets were leaking water all over the floor, being discouraged with are experience we thought we'd tried someone else, so we called Water Works Plumbing and Andy came over to help. He was fast, friendly, and affordable, he took care of the problem immediately. This will be the only plumbers we will be calling from now on.

Josh was great. My husband spent all day Sunday trying to clear a blockage. We called Josh at Waterworks and he was able to come out same day. He knew almost immediately what the problem was. He was done in 30 min. AND he even reinstalled the toilet my husband had removed the days before without me having to ask him! Great service. Highly recommend this company!

I've used many plumbers over the years and I have to say Waterworks was the best--especially as far as being responsive and accommodating! We are in the middle of a move and needed a dryer and washer disconnected. Most companies won't look at this or charge you an arm and a leg. Waterworks showed up when they said they would on a Saturday and their price was beyond reasonable! Thank you!!! I'm also posting this on my personal Face Book because reasonable, responsive plumbers are worth their weight in gold!

Amazing and super reasonable weekend emergency prices... plumber answered the phone at 11:30pm Saturday and was at my house by 8:30 AM on Sunday to fix our mainline back up and the price was better than I could've ever expected. Thank you so much for your hard work!
