We installed a new kitchen faucet on Saturday and then woke up to a leak Sunday morning. Called Waterworks Plumbing and they were able to send out Caesar to help tighten a service line that was loose. He was friendly and professional and got the job done.

Waterworks, plumbing and roofing has great service. I recently had a major pipe bust under my hardwood floor. Water everywhere my living room was an inch deep a water, I contact them over the phone and in about 30 minutes someone came and repaired the pipe and hardwood floor that they cut out. Great deal well worth the money I paid!

I had a huge problem with clogged plumbing late Sunday. I didn't know who to call Monday morning. I have been living in this house just a few weeks. I made the call since they are open very early. Tia was fantastic. She was so caring and explained the process. Sent out Robert and he took on this job that required the ""Big Snake"" all 146 feet of it! He was so nice, professional and on point. Great pricing for this problem. Thank you so much! So happy to be able to use my shower and toilet today. : )

Take your business elsewhere. They do not respond to emails, nor do they give you accurate information regarding pricing for the work needed. Their attitude towards our inquiries was hostile, annoyed, and frustrated. If a client is looking for a solution, then Fernando or whoever's in charge should be willing to help present options, solutions, and even inform the client of other ways to counter the problem. But they didn't. Fernando was so rude. I would never recommend a company who treats potential clients like this.
