I called Harry's Plumbing for a water heater replacement and they were booked for another week, but referred me to Waterworks and Steve and Gary. I had actually already gotten an estimate from another plumber and when Steve called me back, he guessed what it was. When I told him the exact number he said it was fair, and walked me through all the costs in a job like this, and explained why the estimate I had was reasonable and that I wouldn't do much better. He didn't even try to sell me on anything, just gave me free, honest, no bs advice. He even said I could call him in the future if I had any questions. It's so nice to talk to someone with integrity who doesn't try to get anything from you. Super professional and I can tell they go above and beyond. I'd highly recommend them!

Waterworks Plumbing replaced all the drains and pipes under my house which is a huge project. It was reassuring to have Gary & Steve doing the work...they have decades of experience between the two of them. I have complete confidence in their workmanship. They also did extra work on the house at no charge such as fixing a bathroom sink and the outdoor faucets. Had what I thought was an emergency, water draining from my house main drain into the street. Long story short, Gary and Steve both came out, assessed the issue and reassured that its was just water draining from my flooded yard and it will stop. They check all my drains and help find shut off valve that was buried in soil. After giving me their professional opinion that all will be ok, they left with out charging me. Just a good hand shake and smiles.
You don't find many plumbers that will do that now a days. I will definitely call them for ALL my plumbing in the future and recommend them to my family and friends.

Steve from Waterworks had been recommended by my plumber of over 20 years, Harry's Plumbing. I needed to have new pipes for my Mom's home built in 1952 where the old pipes had caused issues and very little water pressure. When i called Waterworks Plumbing, Steve called me back the same day and asked many questions regarding the job. He then came to house and provided a reasonable and fair estimate with no pressure tactics. He has a warm personality and provided me information on a few churches he had just completed pipe work. Warm personalities are great, but he followed up with me every step of the way with a progress report. He was thoughtful to my almost 100 year old mother to make sure she was okay with the water being turned off for the 2 days and provided suggestions to ease the process. After day one, he updated me and then when completed he made sure i was satisfied. I didn't meet Gary since he was under the house when i was there and know as a team they are great. i highly recommend them for any pipe replacement.

Gary and Steve were amazing! My wife and I are new homeowners and are currently in the process of remodeling our kitchen. Knowledgeable, honest, and affordable. Called Waterworks based on a referral from my normal plumber who was already committed to working a job and couldn't come to my home to work on my critical need. They said you can trust them and they were so right! What could have cost me a lot of money and more time off of worked did not. Steve provided an explanation of why my valve was shot and the most frugal solution. I could have easily had my shower thoroughly rebuilt, but Steve explained that I easily have several more years based on his solution. I am very grateful and thankful. It took all of 30 minutes and I am up and running again. Highly recommend!!

I had noticed water seeping out from the floorboards in our living room - called a few plumbers around the area including Waterworks. Steve promptly called back and set up a time to come fix our problem that day. Gary and Steve showed up and were extremely kind, courteous, and intelligent. Our problem was rooted in the fact that our waterline to the fridge icemaker had a faulty connection within the wall. Water had saturated for months without us noticing. Steve and Gary quickly diagnosed and treated the problem all the while letting me know exactly what was going on. Not only did they do great work but helped me problem solve other issues relating to water saturation within the drywall and floor. These guys are honest, reliable, and top-notch. Highly Recommend!

I was in desperate need of a plumber to fix the hammering of my pipes. My neighbor referred me to Waterwork Plumbing. Gary and Steve arrived and assessed the Situation. Gary found my pipes were not strapped under the house. He also found a pipe that had been leaking. They corrected the problem and I now have no hammering pipes. I had contacted
several plumbing companies to come to my house and no one was interested in doing the job.
