Gary & Steve came out in December to replace the gas line. They were prompt, polite, pleasant and COMPETENT. This company is terrific and they went out of their way to make sure that everything was completely fixed. They even called the gas co and explained what needed to be done. They also fixed my gas fireplace which was an added bonus. Highly recommend this great team - thanks!

Steve from Waterworks had been recommended by my plumber of over 20 years, Harry's Plumbing. I needed to have new pipes for my Mom's home built in 1952 where the old pipes had caused issues and very little water pressure. When i called Waterworks Plumbing, Steve called me back the same day and asked many questions regarding the job. He then came to house and provided a reasonable and fair estimate with no pressure tactics. He has a warm personality and provided me information on a few churches he had just completed pipe work. Warm personalities are great, but he followed up with me every step of the way with a progress report. He was thoughtful to my almost 100 year old mother to make sure she was okay with the water being turned off for the 2 days and provided suggestions to ease the process. After day one, he updated me and then when completed he made sure i was satisfied. I didn't meet Gary since he was under the house when i was there and know as a team they are great. i highly recommend them for any pipe replacement.

I wrote the same review for the LB Yelp not knowing if prospective clients would know they are the same team. again, they were great and would use them again if i ever needed pipes done

I have moved a dozen times throughout the United States and I have NEVER had a plumber as good as Steve. Steve was kind, honest, reasonable and professional. He has so much expertise and truly does the job best. He is reliable and prompt and he fixed everything in my house to perfection! He replaced my water heater, re-piped, fixed my water pressure issues and serviced all my bathrooms. I plan on always using Waterworks and hope everyone I know will too.

Finally an HONEST, DEPENDABLE plumber. Steve was one of three potential plumbers we met with to fix a plumbing leak under our marble floor. He patiently explained problem, what needed to be fixed, how he was going to do it and answered all of our questions. He was the only plumber who found a way to fix the issue without breaking the marble. He immediately started work and was finished in 2 days. I had him go thru the rest of our home to see about other issue that might need to be addressed and he was incredably honest. Exceptional

I first contracted Waterworks in 2000 when I moved into my house. Steve installed a reverse osmosis water purification system at my request and connected it to the ice maker. It is still going strong after 16 years of use! He was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about how great the water would taste and how clear the ice cubes would be with the R-O system. Over the years, I have called Waterworks for emergencies and for planned work. They are always professional, courteous, and timely. This is a great number to have in your contacts when you need good quality work. They take the time to give vetted referrals for work they do not perform. I feel lucky I found them...the previous homeowner left Steve's name and number as the plumber for this house! He has been working on this old house for basically 2 generations. Thanks!
