We needed a plumber ASAP. Tried to replace a shower cartridge but got stuck. I called Avi from Waterworks and he was able to come out within 45 minutes in the late afternoon.

Quoted me a price over the phone, came and did the job. Absolutely no upsell or surprises. He was friendly and gave me a few other plumbing tips as well.

My airbnb tennant arrived to the apartment after a day out around 8pm to find the kitchen flooded. As I don't live in the area I quickly searched for a plumber who could arrive to check out the problem. I came across WaterWorks Plumbing, and thank goodness I did!! Sigal, the office manager, answered the phone even though it was after hours, and very quickly referred me to Avi, the plumber, who within 30 minutes arrived at the property. After an hour, the burst pipe was fixed. Avi did not charge an emergency call out fee, or an out of hours fee, which is a great bonus. Honest, hard-working and polite service- I couldn't recommend WaterWorks Plumbing more!

Can a owner please call me-
I have twice asked for a receipt of payment after receiving a threat of lien put on my property. Threat was from the receptionist not a owner the owner did not authorize and does not know of this.
