We have had many different technicians service our older property in the last few years, but none of them were as EXCEPTIONAL as Avi from Waterworks Plumbing. Courteous, super professional and always shows up on time! Each time we call Avi at Waterworks Plumbing company for service, he diligently diagnoses the problem, fixes it, and courteously takes the time to explain his work. The service rates are extremely reasonable and fair too. Owning an older house increases the likelihood of plumbing issues, but It's a pleasure working with Avi every time. Our previous water heater stopped functioning properly. We called Avi at Waterworks Plumbing who recommended to install a tankless water heater and add a circulation line. My sink got clogged an hour before hosting a big party at my house, since my wife trashed potatoes' peel down into the garbage disposal. Instead of replacing the entire garbage disposal unit, Avi cleaned and fixed the existing one as well as the clean out access and the P Trap. There was a breakage in our main line pipe. I called various plumbing companies who offered their outrageous quotes and claimed that the pipe needed to be replaced. I called Waterworks Plumbing company, which I found on Yelp. Avi arrived to my house, stated that the pipe can definitely be fixed and resolved the problem for a reasonable charge.
