My kitchen sink spung a leek and I called for fast service, they couldn;t get here untill the next morning . But they were on time and had it fixed in no time. Very pleasent guys and neat. The price was reasonable and I would use they again in a minute. I highley recommend them.

Waterways is far and away the BEST plumbing company I've ever worked with. They plumbed my entire house during its construction, and I wanted to get a water line run from under the kitchen sink to the refrigerator so that I can install a reverse osmosis system (this option was not available through the builder). Shortly after I moved into my new house almost three years ago, I had Waterways come out and give me a quote to do so. They quoted a very reasonable price ($325) to cut the existing refrigerator water supply line, cap it off, install a new line to feed the existing refrigerator supply, and fit it with a 3/8"" OD shutoff valve. This was a better solution than I would have thought of, and the price was great.
This work became a low priority for me, and I didn't think much about it until just a few weeks ago, so I called to get a new quote and get the work scheduled. I was blown away that they still had the original quote, and did not increase the price to do the work.
The plumbers who performed the work were absolutely professional. They took their shoes off before entering my house, wore masks the whole time, reviewed the work to be done before starting, and completed it very quickly. The photo of the work speaks for the quality of the job performed (1/2"" supply line, 3/8"" metal shutoff valve, and a chrome escutcheon to give the drilled hole a finished look. I'm VERY impressed, and can't recommend Waterways highly enough.

I highly recommend if you need any plumbing services. We originally thought we were having a tankless water heater problem, but after talking with the tech he wanted to trouble shoot first and found the problem. He was honest about what work needed to be done and our problem was fixed. They were friendly and work booties and masks.

I used waterways back in May to install a Phyn System in my home. Having had a major flood disaster in my home I wanted this system as an extra precaution to avoid another incident. They were recommended as a certified installer from Phyn and I went with them because of that. There was excellent communication with Laura and her team regarding any questions I had even before committing to the Phyn System install. It is quite an investment so I had questions and they were more than happy to help out and if she didn't know the answer to talk to one of the installers to get me the answer. The team were on time for the day of the install with a very well stocked, organized and professional van. The team of two were very professional both wearing masks during this time of social distancing. They worked quickly and efficiently installing the system and answering any questions I had. They used top of the line materials and installed a very good looking door to access the unit. They helped me set it up on my phone and also installed two back up shut off valves for the system. They cleaned up very thoroughly afterwards and left the place looking spotless. The installers even helped me with a troublesome shower valve in between the system install, no problem!

The Phyn system is working great and they even followed up a week or so later to check if I was happy with the system and if I had any questions or concerns. This has been the best plumbing company by far.

After checking Yelp.com, I decided to contact Waterways because of their five star rating. After they answered my very first call, I was able to set up an appointment for a tech to come to my house to figure out why our water heater wasn't heating water. The tech called before he arrived, wore protective covers on his shoes, and quickly figured out that the thermostat was bad. In about an hour, everything was fixed. He charged what seemed like a reasonable amount and I was very satisfied with the service call. I highly recommend Waterways.

These are my go to guys. I have used them a couple of times and recommended them to friends. They have run gas lined in my crawl space. I called them out to replace my leaking 20 year old hose bibs. This required them crawling inside cabinets and under soaking tubs. Thank goodness they have skinny techs. They are great friendly people. I will always use them.

Unfortunately my kitchen garbage disposable failed on me and after doing my own troubleshooting I found out I needed a new one. My neighbor recommended that I called waterways because they always provide him with quality and professional service. I scheduled my appointment with Ruth and she told me Quinn and Kell would be out to assist me! The technicians Quinn and Kell showed up on time and replaced my broken disposal quickly and were very friendly. They stayed and tested both my sink and dishwasher for any leaks. Main water line leading per the City, so what do you do? I have a ""regular"" plumber - one my dad recommended so why look anywhere else? Well he was busy and he recommended this company. I couldn't be more happy with their service, product and workmanship. They came out the same day I called in like 2 hours - talked about what could happen, giving me options. They gave me great advice - so I could make a well-informed decision. Scheduling was easy - the day of the ""fix"" they were in and out in less than 3 hours. Provided options for payment - bill me or pay before they left. A great experience out of that a homeowner would rather never have to deal with... mahalo
