Two of the most polite guys I have ever met came to assess my stand up pipe from the washer to the sewer. I had a problem with water coming back up the stand up drain with a large load of washing draining fast. They couldn't find anything in the stand up pipe that blocked the washer from draining. They put in a camera and saw tree roots and recommended a sewer company. They were prompt, and cleaned up the floor from some water that came back up the pipe and gave me the bill which seemed reasonable. Although they did not treat the problem, I would recommend them for other plumbing work.

Know your limits! I've had some bad experiences around plumbing, and I am perfectly fine letting someone else do the work. I had a faucet drip that turned into a steady stream and I knew I didn't have the experience to tackle a solution. I sent a YELP search for a plumber in the area and Mike and Greg were one of the first to respond. They contacted me, scheduled a visit a few days later, came, assessed the situation, quickly jumped into it and was done in about an hour. Wow, I was impressed. They work really well together. They were OK with me watching the repair process, and asking questions. They operated safely, wore COVID masks and booties in the home, and were efficient. I highly recommend these guys for plumbing issues.

Greg and Mike of Waterways Plumbing and Drain Cleaning are my new go-to plumbers. They were able to come to my property on short notice to take a look at a problem I was having. Some old galvanized steel piping that needed to be replaced was causing low water pressure due to the years of corrosion inside; it finally got bad enough to affect my toilet and sink from working properly. They evaluated the problem and gave a very fair estimate for the repair project. They showed up right on the agreed time and were very quick and thorough in replacing the pipes and getting the toilet to fill again. They took the time to explain what the issues were and what steps they took to fix the problem when they showed the completed repair job. I appreciated their personable demeanor and professionalism.

The day before Mike and Greg showed up, another plumber had come by to take a look at my plumbing project. This guy, after taking a look under my house, said that I would need to get all my pipes replaced due to potential issues. I wanted a second opinion. Mike and Greg took a moment to look under the house and said that the only real issue was the old galvanized steel piping I had called about ... the other issues the other plumber had talked about was totally bogus and presumably a scam to bilk me out of nearly 10 grand for unnecessary repairs. I really appreciate Mike and Greg's honesty -- that won me their initial business and will have me return time and time again. Give these guys a call!

I can't say enough about Greg and Mike at Waterways Plumbing. They were at my home to deal with a complicated plumbing issue and expertly worked through issues to get the job done. What was most impressive is their follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. The unit I had provided for installation turned out to be faulty and they returned to offer suggestions on comparable units as an alternative. After that, Greg and Mike were more than happy to return once again to install the new equipment and conduct integrity testing to ensure everything was working properly. To me that spoke volumes about their work ethic and commitment to doing the right thing. Without question, they far exceeded all of my expectations.

Michael and Greg came out today to look at my bright idea for a bathtub faucet install. I had already purchased the faucet based on zero knowledge of plumbing. They were honest and brainstormed different ways to make it work, when it came right down to it, the faucet was just wrong for the area and tub and they didn't try to push me in one way or another. No charge for the consultation and very polite. When I decide what to do going forward they will be ones I am going to call!
