Waterway sent a very inexperienced plumber to us. We were having a problem with water pressure being very low. He came and took a video of our shower, and said he had no idea what the problem was but he would talk to his boss and get back to us. We have a home warranty and our co-pay was 90.00. We paid them and never heard a word again from them. Apparently his boss dosen't know anything either. I reported all this to our home warranty co and they said they would send a different plummer to look at our problem.

The man refused to give me service because I asked him to come through the back way. He asked me why, and I told him that I didn't want people coming through my which is a carpeted area. He did not need access to this area in order to do the job. Refused to come through the back door.He told me he would refer me to another company. He declined to give service due to my request for him to come through the back entrance/because he could not go where he wanted to go in my space. It seems that he wanted to establish control over my property, as I find many service people have done since living in a condo. When I established my boundary, he was unwilling to perform service. It is through the insurance company American home shield and I have had nothing but horrible providers from them. Over the last three years, American home shield has provided me nothing but poor service referrals. If you're okay with them being in charge of your space, disrespectful of your personal property than give them a try.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. My warranty company has twice sent these guys out to my house twice they have underperformed or not performed at all. The firs time it was due to a leak in my bathroom. They recommended a mitigation company and promised to come out to fix the leak once mitigation was complete, a mitigation company that never responded. I had to call my own mitigation and get my own guy to fix the leak in my bathroom. This company never responded to me again.

This time I called my warranty company and they recommended these guys again to come out to fix my water heater. My water heater is not turning on. I asked the company to have their guy text me when they arrive because i'm upstairs working and the doorbell does not work. By the time i got done working i noticed one phone call with no voicemail. I' assuming it was them because when i called back it was their voicemail I got ( I called 9 times no one answered). Not only did i text the company that i needed a text, i also called the company asking them to have their guy text me. Now they are telling me they can't have a guy out here till next tuesday (its friday).....I'd rather wait another two weeks than depend on these people who take my money without doing the job and who don't communicate the needs of their customers to the guys on the field.

I have a water/sewer pipe insurance. When a shower didn't drain, I called them. The person came out, informed me that the house didn't have a clean-out valve, was not in code, but could be installed for $$$. Otherwise, nothing could be done. Not impressed.

Waterway Plumbing was referred to me; was able to come out within 24 hours. Daniel showed me where the clean-out valve was (that the other ""professional"" said didn't exist) about 18"" from the front door. Both Daniel and Gerardo were very professional, respectful, and excellent workers. They're my go-to plumbers from here on in! Thanks, guys!!
