Sharif visited to quote a hot water heater upgrade and provided great feedback on the options available and will be following up with pricing to help me make a decision. Sharif repaired my burst hose bib which had frozen over the winter. The connection was in a difficult to access area, and a previous plumber had quoted me $2000 for the job. Sharif finished the job over two short visits and charged me $470. I was extremely pleased with his service for a few different reasons:

- I called him four times over the course of the repair job, and he picked up right away each time.
- He was very transparent and forthcoming about the details of the job. The knowledge he gave me about hose bib maintenance and operation was at least as valuable to me as the actual repair he made.
- He gave a solid quote within the first phone call, and the final charge matched that initial amount.

I will be going to Sharif for all my future plumbing issues for as long as I live in the Seattle area.

One very minor nitpick: he and his associate did track a little bit of drywall/masonry dust on my floor. Ideally, they would have cleaned that up before they left. But again - a very minor issue that doesn't even preclude my rating them five stars.

Sharif and crew did an awesome job rerouting a basement gas line for a dryer and hooking up a new shower, sink, and toilet in a new bathroom for my home renovation project. He's responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and best of all honest. Highly recommend for North Seattle plumbing needs!

Of course our furnace stopped working right in the middle of one of the coldest weeks Seattle has ever seen. Despite the snow and icy roads Sharif made it to our house within an hour of my call and was able to quickly identify the problem and help us figure out a solution. Very thankful to have a warm house again!

We were out of heat for over 2 days starting on Christmas! Sharif and his assistant come over within 30 minutes of my call and started diagnosing and fixing the problem.
He replaced the Hot Surface Ignitor(HSI) on furnace within 45 minutes and our heat is on again. I found him well-informed, patient, competent, and friendly. I would use him again in a jiffy.

Sharif was one of the first to respond on Yelp and kindly and capably talked me through possible causes of the sewage smell I detected from my bathroom sink. He worked with me to find a time to come out and investigate, free of charge. He showed up right on schedule and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. My husband chose to fix the problem himself but Sharif was very gracious and gifted us his expertise, so we were happy to comp him (our choice!) for his time. We definitely will call him in if our attempt to fix it goes south!

My heater has been acting up and not following the temperature set on the thermostat. I've done my own troubleshooting and tried to replace the flame sensor but issue still persists. I've reached out to several folks and decided to setup appt with Sharif. He came and did his diagnosis and told me the issue is not with my furnace but with my thermostat. Something that i never would have guessed because the nest thermostat is only 2 years old. Sharif definitely knows about furnace was not pushy at all and was not trying to force me to replace my furnace just so he could make a profit. And he didn't charge me at all for the diagnosis. He's an honest person, something we don't see anymore nowadays. Though he didn't get any money from me this time, he'll surely get more projects from me in the future now that i know i can trust him.
