I would like to give zero stars based on customer sales service. I wrote a similar review earlier that I notice has disappeared. My experience concerns attitude, callous service, delivery times... They may sell beautiful products, but follow up a large order was nil and caused great disruption on my project. I will NEVER go there or recommend this showroom to a soul in Southern RI, Newport, or nearby CT. Stay away! They also kept my credit card on file, which I thought was illegal. (This for a COMPLETELY UNEXPLAINED ""forgotten"" charge.)

Do NOT use this business! They're great while you're browsing around and spending money. The trouble begins as soon as you receive the merchandise (when and if it ever arrives). If it's not what you ordered, good luck trying to get the issue resolved. If it arrives damaged, good luck again. It couldn't possibly be their fault. You of course damaged your own brand new merchandise, right? Don't get the idea that by paying their premium prices you will get premium customer service. A truly dreadful experience. Avoid Waterspot like the plague!!

After roughly 10 months, nearing completion of a new home in Westerly. I can't say enough about the outstanding support we have gotten at every step of the way from Kathleen Hobe, Sales Associate at Water Spot. Kathleen has a tremendous knowledge of all product lines, whether bath, kitchen, or lighting. She has a great sense of design across all product lines as well. And, she was able to offer very competitive pricing on all products.
Kathleen was a pleasure to work with. The depth and breadth of her professional expertise made her an invaluable resource.
