Excellent customer service! Owner Wayne is professional and had service to our home the next morning. Our technician Chad was very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for his customers. We had a water filtration system installed on our well. Not an easy task, but Chad made it work and even put in more time than quoted. They only charged us the original quote. I will definitely call Watershed again for our plumbing work. This is a great company!

I got screwed by these people. They charged me 200.00 for a permit, when in fact the permit only cost $54.00. I really do not think this is good business. I could have went online and got my own permit and saved myself $146.00. So beware if hiring this company with their outrageous permit costs, I would pull my own. You can do it right online at your counties website! Hope this helps out other people so they don't get screwed like I did. P.S. I will also be calling the better business bureau :) Have a great day!!!

Woke up the other AM and toilet downstairs was bubbling when upstairs one was flushed. Not a good sign. Called Old Republic and they told me Watershed would service me. I called in a half an hour and they had a cancellation and Gene was out there within the hour and snaked my main drain, clearing up the problem. Very professional and quick service.
