I called because I had a leak and was unable to find it. The receptionist was extremely nice and they were able to come at a time that worked best for me. I got a called letting me know the plumber would be there in about 20 minutes. Derek came out and was very friendly and was able to find the leak right away and fix it. They are on the expensive side but worth it to have the leak fixed and so easy to deal with!

We recently moved to Pine Mountain Lake and woke up in our new house with no water coming out of any faucets. I called Waters Plumbing because they had some excellent ratings on Nextdoor. They were able to come out that morning and Mike was very helpful helping me evaluate the situation. The pipe had frozen and when in it warmed up the water was flowing again. I decided to change some plumbing outside as well as connect my well to the household plumbing. For me it was two birds one stone!
Robert came to do the work and I was very impressed. He took the time to figure out my plumbing, well and outdoor irrigation system. We bought the house from a woman who lost her husband and he was the one who knew how everything worked. So when I purchased the house no one was able to tell me how the lines were routed and the household, well and irrigation connections. I had the well inspector, the home inspector both whom were left confused about how it all went together. Not only did Robert take the time to figure it out, he took the time to explain it to me! This is very valuable information for me. In addition, he made some low cost recommendations that will be helpful to me in the future. The work was high quality at a fair price. I highly recommend for responsiveness, quality work and reasonable price!

I moved to Murphys and Waters was recommended to me. So I called to have my New Washer & Dryer connected with bathroom water line. Waters came out didn't have the right pipe size, so I asked him to check why my kitchen faucet water flow was low. The service guy said it was clogged. Then he gave said he would be back with the right pipe size and called in when he was able to come back. He then gave me a bill for $130.00.
I cancelled the next appointment. I got a new faucet but its still low flow. I don't think it's the faucet it's the plumbing or pipes. I don't think I should have been charged $130.00 if the they came out and didn't have the right parts to fix the pipes. I didn't even get a estimate for the job.
I try not to use handleman anymore. I try to use recommendation.

This company is clueless when it comes to hvac work. Don`t make the mistake of having this company do any installations of heating and cooling. I had them back out to my house eight times, and they still didn`t get the unit to work but just a couple of times. This was a new replacement with a Bryant unit. I finally called Bryant, they suggested to call another company which had factory trained techs, which I did and they finally got the unit to work like it was suppose too.

I had a problem with my water heater pilot light going out. A week later I had a problem with my furnace cutting off and on. Apparently, everyone ""in the business"" knows if you are having these kinds of problems at the same time, it is probably your propane regulator. Waters didn't know that. Wayne Waters himself came out and checked both of them at the same time and couldn't identify the problem. Waters charged me $650.00 in service calls for labor only and replaced 2 parts under warranty in my water heater and $276 for a new thermostat. They never fixed the problem because I didn't need either. I need a new propane regulator which was replaced for free by my propane company. I wouldn't hire them to change a light bulb.

Mike came out to my sisters house and fixed the mess that had been put together with 3 different hoses and far from up to code. He came out fast, he was very nice and very easy to work with, especially since I am 3 hours away from the problem. Mike sent me pictures from before he did the work and then after, which was great. Thanks Mike, you made it easier than I thought it would be. Good job!

We had a problem with out Nest thermostat, no heat, and technician Derek Sonnenfelt of Waters Plbg & Htg diagnosed the problem and proceeded to resolve the issue. In addition, he checked the overall performance of our heating/cooling unit. Very courteous and professional. Recommend highly

I called them after being referred by many friends, and the staff and techs were very nice and friendly to deal with. I appreciated the 15 minute phone call prior to their arrival. It took two trips to fix my water pressure but i was very happy with the outcome and again appreciated the tech being nice for coming out a second time.
I would use them again and refer them to a friend.

I had a water leak in the bathroom wall and called Waters Plumbing after trying two other plumbers and only received their message machine. Bill Kemper was on call that Saturday and he was here twenty minutes later. He found the problem, cut a neat hole for access and solved the problem shortly thereafter. I highly recommend Waters Plumbing and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Having grown up in a hardware store this is not my first dance at the county fair. It sucks not being physically able to perform these kinds of repairs when they are doable. One other plumbing repair place was called this morning and Waters was first out of the gate ; point to Waters. They were professional, timely and forth right; point to Waters.
Initially there was a ""sticker shock"" with the bid on this ""small "" job. The Waters tech and I were able to arrive at an understanding and from there proceeded. With that said the reality is we are living in the 21 st century and service calls are strong. OK I get this; point fair game. Do you want some crankster showing up in his uncle's thrashed truck in dirty clothes or do you want to see a clean, crisp, eager tech pulling up in a newer white plumbing van?
From stated above the service, execution and task focus were on par with the bid; translation an excellent job in less than a half hour! Point to Waters. There are many people who will balk and complain on the price yet still demand these types of professional companies do excellent work. Having also owned and managed a butt load of meat/seafood markets plumbing is absolutely crucial as is our everyday home needs.
So the moral of the story, or in this instance, the yelping of the Yelp review is you get what you pay for. If you want the job done right the first time and will accept the ""reality"" of paying the going rate than Waters Plumbing is for you. If you want to try to shave the price down and would prefer the Walmart version of service and results than go to a different plumbing company. Oh and hope the repairs were done right. This kid will stick with the people in the newer white plumbing van and have the job done right off the get go.
Bottom line is you only get what you pay for. This gig was only $150. Now the lady with the $6K water heater itemize issue is another story.
As many of wise men have said many of times through many of years gone past,
"" CAVEAT EMPTOR!""
Thanks Waters Plumbing you can take that check all the way to the bank.
Sincerely,
a much relieved client,
