I have been forced to use this company through American Home Shield. They have been sent to my home to service a total of 4 issues. They have never been impressive in the scheduling of services, ability to complete them in a single visit, or timeliness in returning for the completion. The latest repair is the third call to them for the same faucet issues. It has been 3 weeks since I called the service, 2 weeks since they simply came and looked at the issue, and I am still waiting for them to actually schedule a final visit and replace the faucet.
This will be the last time they walk on my property, and also will have me looking to replace American Home Shield as well. I don't recommend either company for repairs to a dog house.

Was assigned this company through warranty company. They do not answer phone calls. They tried charging me $1000,00 upfront without billing insurance first. I requested a cash out from warranty company instead of working with them.

Would give it a negative if i could. They were hired by my home owners warranty company. They replaced water heater but damaged water pan(which isn't covered by warranty would have paid for the pan if given the option) but no they left damaged pan. Now i am supposed to pay to have water heater removed put a new pan in . How convenient. Two service calls for one item. I guess that is a way to make money. Notified warranty company concerning business. All warranty company cares about is getting cheap repairs done.

Great job fixing our gas leak! They even came back after hours to double check everything for us because we were a little worried about the remaining gas smell. Everything checked out ok! They were fast, courteous and came at the promise times

We had 3 different plumbing incidents and our home warranty claims that this is the only company that takes care of their plumbing claims. They schedule appointments and never show. We've called them repeatedly to schedule appointments. They reschedule and still never show. There's no contact from them at all, other than the initial contact. You have to stay after them to contact. After about 1-2 weeks, they finally show, but at 9-10pm at night. ***DO NOT USE** Awful customer service, unreliable!!

Was schedule through my Choice Home Warranty to have a washing machine drain cleaned. Rescheduled my appointment personal through the company. On the day they were scheduled they did not show or call. Called to find out and was told they do even take their services any more they have an influx of calls though them. Would have been nice to know the day I called and rescheduled.
