I hate doing this but I've been having a lot of trouble with the unit Wayne installed in my home and have had to spend excessive amounts of time and money trying to resolve my issues. It has been months since he would answer my text or phone calls and the problems persist as I cannot find anyone that will service these machines. It is a Quietside DPW-199A. The short story is that he installed tankless water heaters in my parents home and in mine. My parents had a great deal of trouble for a long time, and for the first few months Wayne was actually pretty accommodating (we believe it may of been his first install of this model). He was typically late or didn't show up or call at all, but he would usually answer calls or text fairly promptly and eventually come out. He eventually installed a new unit at my parents and after a few other plumbers tinkered with it, it seems to run well now. My unit is currently providing hot water for showering but is not providing heat for the house. I have had to hire many different plumbers to make their own repairs to the unit as to what they think is wrong. I have even contacted the manufacturer and local distributors and no one seems to know anyone that installs and maintains these systems. I stumbled across a recall as well that Wayne never notified us about, and the 3rd party company that repaired the system said he isn't allowed (for legal reasons) to help me in any way other than to fix the problem associated with the recall. It has really been a nightmare and I highly recommend that you use a different plumber.

The ""owner"" almost ran me off the road in his work truck. Very professional! Next time make sure your ""business"" isn't all over your vehicle.

I will say Wayne does excellent work HOWEVER he has a horrible work ethic. He's always late, never returns calls, and sometimes just doesn't show up. He has now ignored our calls for over 6 months when he was supposed to order a part for a broken part on our furnace. He is unreachable and it is unacceptable. We will be finding a new plumber and will never recommend him to anyone ever again.

Wayne is timely, thorough, polite and extremely patient with customer questions....and in my case I had about a million questions.
He changed out our 13 year old hot water heater to a highly efficient, power vent model. He gave me a few options at different price points and was very knowledgable. His install was clean and neat. They stay past dark to make sure the job was done and we had hot water.
Bottom line, I will be using him many more times in the future for my plumbing needs.
