Our experience with Watermen Plumbing ( South Bend) was not a good one. The owner Gilberto DeLeon charged us $1,800 to replace a 40-gallon water heater at our rental property. His installer wrongly placed a screw into the wiring and told my husband to call an electrician to fix it. The tenants were left without hot water until the electrician could schedule the repair. We paid $279 to have the damaged wiring replaced. The owner of Watermen Plumbing did not reduce the bill or compensate us in some way for the inconvenience.
Watermen Plumbing in South Bend will never get our business again.

Quality work, reasonable price, friendly staff. Until we found Watermen, we struggled to find a plumber in the Edwardsburg/Niles area who wanted work and/or didn't charge way too much. Our repairs were not easy. The first was a water heater replacement with conversion from electric to natural gas using a previously installed flue. The second was solving a drip coming from a drywalled basement ceiling WITHOUT ripping out part of the ceiling. We will use them again and strongly recommend them.
