He is a true professional, knowledgeable, clean, neat, and well equipped. He is a master plumber, he really knows what he's doing and he is honest and fair.

They were thorough at their job. They went above and beyond to find any problem. The only problem is they are WAY WAY WAY overpriced. I'm dealing with a kitchen sink and guts in 2 toilets. I'm not going to go into detail of what they were going to do, but the invoice was over $3000.00. CRAZY. I already got another plumber out, that is doing everything they were going to do for around $1200.00. I'm saving around $2000.00.

They suck and treat their employees like garbage. Fired my husband for no apparent reason, with no prior warning and the day he was supposed to get his benefits. Owner said """"he knew it wasn't going to work out from the beginning"""" but pretty much used him until he had to help pay for his healthcare.

I have 3 stars because after paying $400 they couldn't figure out what was wrong however I would give them 5 Stars for being very nice people, on time and respectful but not happy I have to hire another company after paying a large amount already. I would maybe use them again Dr. S

My experience with waterman plumbing was with Yosef. He came highly recommended from one of my neighbors that he did some work for. When I called his number, he answered the phone with for Miami is a big plus. He made the appointment and showed up on time. He prepared multiple estimates for me and had it to me with-in a few hours. Once we came to an agreement on the cost, he showed up to work on the day that he told me he would and completed the job in two days. Yosef kept the job as clean as he could considering the task he was assigned. He is a pleasant person to deal with and respectful. I will repeat what was said to me regarding Yosef. He is not the cheapest out there, but he is fair, on time and completed the job in a timely manner. And that is a difficult characteristic to find here in Miami. I will call on him again if needed and would recommend him to anyone who asks.

This guy was so great. Yossi turned a disaster into something that was actually a rather pleasant experience. He had a great vibe, and I appreciated that first thing he did was put on slippers so as not to track mud into my apartment. I really liked that after he was finished he explained everything to me so well. I told him he was like a toilet doctor, seriously. Also, they had the best price on any quotes that I had. Will definitely use again (though hope I don't have to!)

Yesterday we had new appliances delivered and although they were supposed to be installed as well, the installer apparently didn't handle hooking up water lines. Left with our new fridge sitting in the garage I started calling a few plumbers in the area. Yosef from Watermen Plumbing got back to me quickly and was able to come over a few hours later. They also had convenient text updates letting us know the status of his arrival. He was very professional and pleasant and really went above and beyond helping my family get the fridge into the house, then he got everything hooked up in no time! We won't hesitate to call or recommend Waterman Plumbing in the future!

I hired Watermen Plumbing to install 2 sink faucets and a new toilet. He showed up on time and did good work. However, he charges hourly and it was a huge mistake on my part not to get a rough estimate as to how long it would take. I have vessel sinks,so granted this was a bit more complicated than regular sinks,being the access to to the piping are behind the sinks. As soon as he showed up, he left for about 45 minutes to get supplies. I was billed for the time he was not working .This happened again on the second day, when he left again for over 25 minutes. The total for this job was a whopping $870. I kindly asked him to bring down the price to $770 because I do not feel I should be charged for the time he was not there. While he did do a good job, this was extremely overpriced. Beware if you hire anyone by the hour. I learned a big lesson. Get an exact estimate,I was taken advantage of.
